This is probably the worst gas station in all of North America, they will charge your card and say it didn't go through. Fahim has horrible customer service.

I have been purchasing food from this store many times and had great experience.

Recently saw they were working with To Good To Go to sell ready-to-eat food in a surprise bag that may be on or just passed the best before date. I purchased one today. However, when I was back home and found that the food given had passed the best before date for long time. (one burger passed1 week, one burger passed 6 days, and the wrap with veggie passed 5 days). They cannot be eaten any more and I had to throw them into the garbage bin.

Buying cheep food through To Good To Go does not mean I would like to buy food which cannot be eaten. And I did not expect the store gave food passed the expiry date that long.

If you put a 100 on your credit and fill only 50 they keep the change and it will not bounce into your account, unless you go back after and ask for your money back.

They sell Dairy Land milk which is close to expiry, i have been picking up milk from them for couple of years now, lately realizing this when the whole family had stomach issues. Finally i took the milk back to them after series of health issues, manager completely denied this and blamed me for lying when I showed her that their referidgerator at the time had almost expired milk she tried to hide it by snatching it from my hand. I was still able to take pictures.
Took my concern to Dairy Land where they were surprised to know that 7 eleven is selling their milk as they don't deliver this part of Ontario and I have been told it might have been coming from Quebec. I have also been told they bring frozen milk and thaw it before selling.
I won't suggest anyone buying food from here due to their ill practices specially avoid buying milk.
On a side note their gas is low quality compared to top tier gas sellers in the area with same pricing.

Not sure what has happened. Over the past couple of month the service has changed. Staff will keep talking to each other before they even look at you.
Making you wait a couple of minutes until they are done.

-pushy for your phone number for **rewards** and probly givew it to telemarketers etc to make money off you.
Never gave it but he insisted on taking it.

-slurpees are much more icy meaning more air in the cup when u fill max sized sluperee felt super light

Other 7-11 gives back a dollars worth of big buck every 30 liters of fuel, but not here. Will not go back here

Sometimes the staff is ok and helps you, but many of the times they stare at you like you are going to steal something and can be rude.

Quick and friendly service. Open 24/7 to fuel your vehicle and body. Lots of snacks available and plenty of cold drinks with some healthy-ish options. Gas is fairly priced for the area. Easy in and out access with multiple parking spots beside and in front of the building. Can get busy at rush hour times or on hot summer days when Slurpees become more sought after than deodorant.

I've been coming to this location since its opening. I have made friends with some of staff. Its been good to me for years. Lately I've become so frustrated with newer staff and manegers lack of listening to customers.

I play lotto here 2 times a week. I had the same employee make mistakes 3 times in a row even thow I made him repeat my request. Im sick and tired of mistakes on my lottery.

Another issue which I have asked the manager to fix refuses to fix issue. Pumps don't have numbers visible from cash. With so many people using this station cashiers get confused along with customes as to what pump they are at. A simple fix was to add stickers to pumps facing cashier window. I even told manager I would pay for stickers.

The biggest problem im seeing is Uber eats and other order business ARE TAKING FULL PRIORITY OVER ANY CUSTOMERS STANDING THERE.

I will never play my lotto there again. Im sick and tired of mistakes.

Honestly if the staff can’t at least say something to young adults walking in without a mask covering their mouth and nose (a t-shirt pulled up is not an acceptable mask) then what type of safety protocols are they following?

Typical convenience store with sky-high prices as expected. I thought I'd grab milk on one of my recent stops. Went to the back and grabbed what I thought was going to cost me $6.99, which is usually sold for $4.99 or $5.49 at grocery stores but I was mentally prepared to pay a couple of bucks premium for not having to go to a big box store. I brought it to the cashier and I was charged $12 for it. I was in a hurry and quickly paid with a tap without looking at the total. I only noticed the price a few hours later when I happened to see the receipt. They should be charged criminally for price gouging on basics like milk. Needless to say it would be my last purchase EVER from a 7-11 stores.

Definitely the BEST 7-Eleven store that me & my wife have ever used in Mississauga! Everything is top quality & very delicious. Professional presentation. Excellent pizza portion size & price. Their large pizza is gigantic & very tasty. Taquitos & potato wedges are very sumptuous. Slurpies are very delicious. Superb customer service. We highly recommend 7-Eleven (3965 Thomas Street location) to everyone out there. Looking forward to savouring your fine establishment's excellent products on an ongoing basis. This place has a vibrant touch to its character. Very lively, the staff is so friendly and helpful that you cannot go away without smiling. Kudos to the whole team! ️

Be careful, they overcharge! I was here two days ago, bought gas at $36.00. Bought 3 drinks that were on special, and a lottery for $6.00. I asked the gentleman for a receipt, he handed me a gas receipt of $36.00. Looking at my statement, a charge of $88.00 was done. I could not have spent more than $50.00! Never coming here again!

I had a horrible experience in this seven eleven because I had went to get a slurpee but it was wateree and there was filth and dirt at the bottom of my cup. I drank my slurpee without knowing. Definitely what not i was expecting: (

Lol so I was here today at like around 730? And I bought something and the cashier (who's name started with P) asked me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards card.

As I was in the process of saying no, she already scanned the card and put it with my items. I told her I didn't want it and she kept insisting I take it. She kept telling me how great it is and she had already signed me up without permission

I come here a lot on my morning commute to work/afterword and Sid (I think his name is) is so friendly, always welcomes with a smile and is great at doing his job. Its all about those small human interactions to make someone's day a little brighter. Keep it up!
