If i have to provide review then I'll provide minus review perticularly for staff. Unprofessional and dont know how to talk with customer even i am regular customer. I will never go this store.

This is a very nice store, but if you have been to 711 in Japan or Thailand, you would know how bad the products here are. A bottle of water can be sold for the same price as a set. Maybe this is a Canadian specialty?

Unbelievable, I go to this store frequently, couple weeks ago I lost my wallet. I retraced my steps, including 7-11, unfortunately unable to find it. Spoke with my credit card company, and they stated that 7-11 contacted to say that I forgot my wallet. Called this morning and spoke to a manager who stated they had no wallet, I then explained that my credit card company had said they had called, he denied it, why? Not sure. Unbelievably rude.

I ordered from this store and when it arrived I was missing half my order, no attempt to contact me or anything. Very bad service

Really nice staff, but it's better to get snacks in the UW Plaza or at Shoppers Drug Mart

0/5 dirtiest 7-eleven I have ever seen in my life.
Both machines were out of service.
Dirty floors, dirty aisles, dirty coffee machine and its surroundings. Hot items cabinet dirty, its outer side dirty.
Truely Disgusting! Day/Time of Visit: Friday April 14,2023, around 2: 45-3: 00am late night.
Please take training from that 7-eleven which is near freshco Bridgeport Road.
Both machines were out of service.

It's a good store, you can buy you're favourite snacks chocolates, variety of noodles and much more. My another favourite store in canada to buy my favourite chocolates and snacks.

A hair under $6.50 for a piddly little bag of starburst that is like 4 bucks anywhere in the plaza closer to UW. Had to laugh at the nickel and diming of students because you know Laurier barely has enough parking to accommodate one lecture hall of students and you're within spitting distance
