I just stood at the counter, 5 full minutes well employees did skip orders, and counted cash… they did not acknowledge me at all, then a women comes in and instantly gets cigarettes, all well I’m standing directly in front of her at the counter… I just walked out cause the amazing of disrespect.

Was here earlier tonight I had bought two 500ML coke bottles and because of my reward points I got two free slices of “pizza” and when I got home my fiance ate his before I did I took one single bite and alll I tasted was stale pizza that felt like it had been left out all night, I immediately spat it out it was disgusting my fiance on the other hand didn’t get as lucky as I did to taste cardboard pizza he got the worst of it and he tasted sour cheese and immediately threw up normally I love 7Eleven but not their food definitely won’t be getting anymore pizza

Very poor customer service. Called several times to speak to the manager about a past issue and no one would answer the phone.
I'm making an amendment to my previous review. I went here to get gas and this is the SECOND time the cashier has attempted to short change me. Watch this particular store closely.

Worlds Okayest pizza. It's basically store-bought frozen pizza, but it's cheap and doesn't taste terrible. Don't buy any of the baked goods, they had flies crawling on them. Store stinks on the inside but it's in a rough part of town, it is what it is.

TLDR: hot goods ok, baked goods are a no go.

Amazing store don't go in there hungry they have everything that you need even coffee hot and cold

Long John’s are awesome but what the hell is that smell! So gross. Smells like a rotten cheese or dairy farm gone wrong, it’s disgusting. If this store was a perfume it would be called “Expired 12 Year Cheddar”. Also please, for the love of god, mop your floors

I went to pickup the delivery order. A rude and ridiculous employee is working here at night. Nobody will accept his attitude. He's around 40 and 50. This is Wednesday March 15. Every time his attitude is like and he's thinking he is the boss or manager in all canada.
Whatever he's doing affecting this business. I don't know why the management stick on this useless guy.

Only experience is orders through Skip the Dishes. They constantly mess up orders. You get pepperoni for cheese pizza slices. You don't get straws for your slurpee and they are constantly out of product but offer it through the delivery service. Most of the time half my order is missing or hot foods are cold after waiting over an hour for delivery. I will never order from this place again.

Why do they have that food in there because it's never never never ready I can't see how they make money on that stuff when it's NEVER ready

They have some really Rude employees. Me and my bf go in every night for their wings. Yet tonight when he went to buy us food and snacks they made him pay 66$ for our order from yesterday when we had proof we already paid then told him I HAD to come with him in order to solve the issue. Then they served us 7 year old expired chocolate milk. I have a broken foot and multiple unnecessary trips are not in my schedule we also have a daughter at home so I couldn't leave her alone either. They could have searched up my rewards account and found proof of purchase too they chose not to but instead chose to be arrogant and stole from us

Seems like there has been a management change.new employees who have no idea whats going on and the warm foods stand is always empty at night.

I had a terrible experience in may. I purchased a gift card for my little nephew because he likes to play with cards and wanted to give him his own for his birthday — I purchased a restaurant gift card and you could choose the amount. I said $25 and the lady cashier rudely repeated $25? Like that wasnt enough.thats a lot for a child to have and honestly that remark really upset me because not everybody can afford to give $100 gift cards.
