Stale donuts! Unfriendly staff and staff not helpful.
They need some work on educating there staff and have fresher foods

Haven't been in a 7 eleven for years. New age style shopping is awesome and convenient

The staff at this store work very hard to serve everyone to the best of their ability. It is sad at the very few who view otherwise. I wish the customers were alot nicer to your staff. Two sides to every story. Kepp up the great work you do!

How is this old lady still employed with 7-11.everything she has to get for me is a huge hassle.smokes.huff n puff about it.pizza slices.huff n puff. Jesus.come to leave this review and my God.how many strikes does 1 get? Literally probably 10 reviews about the wicked witch of the west.

I love always going to 7 11 for slushies, coffee, soda, etc they are often out of a few slushie flavors, flavors of coffee, and syrups. The staff are always very kind and helpful. I really recommend getting the rewards app because I've gotten tons of free slushies and they recently gave out free taqitios I recommend the Buffalo Chicken flavor. They also have a day on July 11th and November 7th where you can get free slushies if you have the app. The parking lot is quite small so sometimes you have to go to the street parking.

Rude disrespectful unprofessional staff. I am doing Uber deliveries sometime and I get upset by the 7/11 staff always. There is a girl working there she treat us like a slave as I understand she is kind of sick mentally. I’ve never seen anybody this much rude and disrespectful like her. I will try to tell every single drivers to complain from Uber because I know 9 drivers they faced the same problems in this particular store. Shame for the owner that is hiring losers to run the store.

Very unprofessional customer service. Rude and nasty. They don’t answer questions and they are ignoring customers. I was there they treat customers and drivers like we owe them there life. If you can’t handle a busy environment go find another job. There is a girl between 25 to 30 in age super rude. She even sweared at an Uber driver tonight. I was witnessing this and I decided to not buy anything from them. And I would never go back there if I die from hunger lol

Worst customer service… lady working there don’t know how to talk with customers and employees. She just want to yell at others.

I didn't have a negative issue with anyone. They seemed to be working their butts off.
The only issue I have with this location, which seems to be the same for decades, is the Slurpees. They have to be the worst Slurpees in Canada. C'mon 7-Eleven, replace the damn machines. And get someone else to service them. The Coke Slurpees in this location are never, ever, ever any good. Almost bad enough that I'd think Pepsi services the machines and does this on purpose.

Getting rid of Taylor machines would be a great place to start

To the individual who refused to sell me tobacco products this morning: I walked very far, early in the morning to access the only store that was open in my neighbourhood. I have been purchasing tobacco here for 16 years. I am a 36 year old woman, and it is my understanding that the retailer is supposed to request ID for persons who appear 24 and younger. The only ID I had on me was a legitimate health card which I was unaware was expired. This individual took one look at me this morning and had already decided he would not sell to me. I feel personally discriminated against for my gender, for my appearance, and for my age. I hope this person is reprimanded. I have never had this experience at this location before. The "night shift" staff had just left who I usually deal with (he is fantastic!). Good luck to 711 - refusing locals is simply not a good look.

Update: The store manager emailed me explaining that his employee was right and I was wrong in this case. It's very discouraging that my complaint was not taken seriously. I spoke to head office, who actually agreed with my stance that there is no need to ask for proof of age when someone is visibly well over the age of legal purchase. Basically, if you need essentials that require identification and you depend on a convience store: don't go here. They will turn away adults who are long-term customers in snow storms, all while humiliating them in the process.

I’ve never met more ignorant cashiers. Store was super busy, employees were so rude to customers and delivery drivers. Even the customers are rude. If you can’t handle working in a busy environment find a new job. One where you are not so miserable. One that you don’t have to deal with customers cause not one of you tonight, showed any customer service. I actually feel bad for the delivery drivers that go in there. A little respect goes a long way.

We just left the store because it’s very very bad service it’s 11: 26 at night and we go in get some stuff and the tall guy just ignored me the entire time I was talking to him and the lady was very rude and disrespectful i spent almost 100$ and I felt completely ignored and upset DO NOT COME HERE
