We’ve been here a few times, typically try to avoid it. Staff just sits around and talks ignoring clients in the store.
My advice would be to pay one employee a decent salary and fire the slackers.
Terrible customer service

Employees lack knowledge of their own processes. Getting any rewards redeem is definitely a challenge, and one has to keep an eye on the POS machine as they always charge any random price for the products. For example, price of a large coffee for a medium one.

Super friendly staff, came in as they were dealing with a disgruntled customer as his payment method (debt) was not being accepted by the system. The cashier did an amazing job handling the situation, staying calm and respectful.

Customer service is extremely mentally draining and I truly appreciate the work you guys do! Thank you so much for your service tonight!:)

Not very nice people working there - I stopped by for some quick photos and they called the police? Pretty big reaction for some guy just taking pics for Instagram.

Rude staff at night. The old heavier man has clearly amounted to nothing in life and feeds off treating customers poorly.

Please avoid this location extremely unsafe as the people working there are extremely vulnerable.

Only gave it 3 stars because the night crew can be extremely rude. When't in at night, there was one guy working (Don't know if he still works there), me and my friend were looking at beef jerky and were the only people there because it was late. He started to sigh loudly, we ignored it and than he actually told us to hurry up. I didn't go back for while because of that (1 star moment), i gave it more stars because as of recent the staff have been great, they are hard working and nice but because of the quality of food and the people who go there i couldn't rate it any higher.

The older big fellow was talking to customer and the 2nd cashier not sure his name he is a brown and skinny tall aswell walked up to the older big felloe cashier who was serving customer and said out of no where for no reason you talk like that to me youre going to see what happens and walked away twords the back the customer being served heard him being threatened and me too there should be equal treatment everywhere.

Almost everything is ridiculously overpriced. For example, they were selling a pack of Lays chips for nearly $7, when you get can the same size of chips for half the price around $3.50 or less at any major grocery store. Only worth going for the Slurpees, which are the only product that seem to be reasonably priced. As long as the prices for the Slurpees remain the same, I will continue to be a customer just for that, since they are really tasty.

I Love 7-Eleven! I walk over a mile rather than to the corner for a Mogu Mogu. Only available at 7-Eleven.

Lets see they never have everything in stock and believe me ive checked everytime I opened the app it always says out of stock on most of the food and the app only picks one store when if I used door dash it would give me a store that always has everything and thats up the mountain on upper wellington it seems that the owner don't care bout the melvin store since its always out of stock

Love coming to this location except for today. I was told my dog is not allowed in the store when they are well aware that she's my service dog. I pointed this out and was told that she must act like one then. My dog has always acted like one except for after we made what I thought was friends with two of the stores staff members. They asked if they could play with her and if they could hold her, Afterwards it became tradition that she would jump up on the two members cause they liked it so I allowed it. Since they wanted her to and I allowed it that doesn't make her not act like one it just means that I allowed it.
She is my service dog, not a support dog, and therefore, you can not refuse her admission.

In complete disbelief at how good the chicken is. I'd heard it was decent but had no idea it would be that good. If you are on the fence, hop over around 6pm one day, I've seen them loading fresh stuff into the heat shelf around that time.

Rude employees behind the counter. New Canadian can barely speak English so he got mad when I asked him to speak clearer. He was rude, aggressive and the female manager wouldn't stand up to him when she could hear his attitude towards me (the customer).

Firstly I would like to start this off by saying I’ve been going to 7-11 since I moved here and never experience this behaviour before I was racially profiled at this location by an old white guy who claimed to see me stealing a candy bar I proceeded to show him that I didn’t even go to pick a candybar up I showed him my pocket and opened all my pockets to show him that I most definitely didn’t have the candybar he proceeded to say he will check the camera so I told him to go check and come back he said after he down with this customer which was my sibling that I was with she told him that she didn’t want anything so I proceeded to tell him to check the camera he knew he was wrong for what he was doing to he just stood there, but most definitely think he should be fired and she never be able to work at an 7-11 again
