Ok guys it been 2 months and your slush machine has been just garbage. Picture taken Jan 16th 2023

Cashier was extremely rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing her just by asking to look at some different scratch tickets which we made it clear we were going to buy just not sure which ones we like

Very expensive. The prices are very high in my opinion. The staff are nice. Not the cleanest store.

Lots of snack options for on the go and hot food items for a decently quick bite to eat. Taquitos have gotten rather expensive over the years, but they still have some pretty good hot dogs. I miss getting the jalapeno cream cheese taquitos, just not worth the price anymore. Service can get a little slow during peak times, but overall not bad.

This is to the employee who taught me not to take calls inside 7-Eleven and if you do that the other person that I'm talking to should be my MOM!

Walked in for a pop and at impulse thought id grab a lighter for my candle. The old woman asked for my id bc the cash asks for it. So what would you enter in the cash if it was a 65 year old? Im a 20 something year old who was on duty wearing my security uniform at 2am… What a complete inconvenience. Long story short use your head, you look old enough.

Went there with my wife today at 7: 10pm 15/12/2021 and were served with the most ignorant/racist east Indian looking woman ive ever encountered in a customer serving business.
My wife was asked for I. D.rudely, then snickered at her with attitude because she looks young. The teller then did not say a word nor even look at us, just threw our cigarettes on the counter along with the 4 other items, some of which were larger. We clearly needed a bag and were both waiting looking at her to serve/help us while she purposely looked the other way.
I then asked for a bag, she then grabbed a bag, while still purposely not looking at us, and just threw it on the counter. Not only did she not bag the items for us, but also made my wife reach uncomfortably through the covid plexiglass to gather our things to bag them herself.
We gave her absolutely no reason to be ignorant and rude, and seems to have only been because of the colour of our skin.
Apparently us white people are not deserving of mutual respectful customer service and are treated like trash.
In our place of business, we treat everybody no matter of their appearances, gender or race, with equal and professional quality service.

Went there today, Dec. 28 2021 at roughly 230 am to get some of the hot food items- either pizza, taquitos, chicken strips. Whatever would be available at that hour. There wasn't a single thing available other than 3 old looking hotdogs or nachos. The older woman working refused to make anything at all and was quite rude about it. Ended up leaving with a bag of chips. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at this store.

Not clean in the slightest, got my brother and I a Slurpee and found a gnat in it, should've known better since they have them flying around year round

I use my Pre paid VISA Card for purchase, funny how this morning i try to pay for a bag of Milk and the cashier is asking for my last digits, then says in will not go threw, twice, i go to 7-11 in Thorold works fine 3 hours Later i am getting call saying someone is trying to purchase $600.00 E-BAY Gift card an a $300.00 amazon gift card.beware of using any card payments

Ryan is a legend. Like this guy has the best vibes every time I go in. He gives the best customer service I've gotten from anywhere

Very unprofessional staff. The manager or whoever the guy working at night with short hair should Learn how to behave and get over himself. Very very unprofessional. Never ever going back to this store

Disgusting service by Jaz who refused to accept change because she didn't want to count it. Would NOT recommend coming to this 7-Eleven. Would recommend a customer relations course for her.or basic math skills from Kumon!

The staff is really nice, welcoming and funny. Every time I come it's like I'm being greeted into my 3rd home.
