There is a gas bar with affordable prices. There is a variety store with some freshly baked goods. The service was very good and the restroom was clean.

Worst 711 I've ordered from (on uber). Every other one I've been to were generally good. I got 12 wedges for 9 dollars, which is an okay price considering they are supposed to be fairly big. However, these were the smallest wedges I have ever seen, they were like diced potatoes, like in total it was hardly one potato, all for 9 dollars! I also ordered 9 hashbrowns, and they only gave me 3. Absolute scam.

My boyfriend and I litteraLLy head there Everrydayy.lim like obsessed with the Slurpee machine, I want my own for home! Lol but the Slurpee machine is better at the western branch rather than the one beside cowboys bar.evn the employees are nicer there;; I'd recommend heading down the road a taaad bit farther, if u like Quality and Niceness!

All of the staff are really friendly for a convenience store. It's a little pricy though.

The staff is amazing their handling of customers that act inappropriately is of the utmost professional manner. The star is always clean and well stocked and I do provide some cooked foods like hot dogs, pizza and chicken wings. Stuff always washes their hands and then puts gloves on all, the cooked food products are definitely something above what you would expect at a gas station. 7-Eleven I wouldn't think twice about having a hot dog or a slice of pizza. The breakfast pizza is probably the best.

We come here all the time for a slurpee and I wish I knew his name but the guy that always works the cash, has glasses and usually black and red dyed hair. Is always SO fast and SO nice to everyone who comes in.

Absolutely terrible customer service. VERY rude. Never returning ever again. The 711 on western road is 10x nicer, friendlier.

Awesome customer service, you give them respect they will give you respect. And when explained all pumps were pre pay I completely got it and understood the employees couldn’t do anything about it as it was a corporate decision. Will be returning!

Great product, some staff seem very unimpressed with there job. Ive been going to seven eleven for years this ones got the quality in product of all the rest just not the care for customer satisfaction as them. Other then thag ive never had a bad expierence other then a small hand full going to this 7-Eleven and it will still always be my goto munchie and gas station here in Canada and Internstionally

I am disabled, my brother goes to your location at 5am for my coffee and scratchers and has always came home saying everything was freshly made, and a smiley good morning all the way around, thank you all.

Out of all the gas stations I go to in the city being a well-respected company with a logo on my truck I have to prepay inside or pay by card. I really dislike their paying system I would like to pump my gas and then come in and pay. And not be treated as a thief. I roll up in a respected company vehicle I expect to be able to pump my gas without having to prepay first because you don't trust me.

The store & its employees are helpful and doing their job. They sell superior energy drinks here like Amp & Xyience rather than just the mainstream fare. But some issues are out of their hands. These employees and those at other locations do not control corporate decisions. Recently, 7 11 had a challenge for their customers. 20 scans for a reward of a certain level of points. The regular customers were offered more scans with more rewards so 20 in a set time for 25 000 points. Great idea, right? I received an email on October 12th. In a spirit of enthusiasm & excitement, I was informed I had only 7 scans remaining to win! 8 days remained. So I went everyday. Scanned twice a day, sometimes. When my regular store near the university was closed due to a power outage, I went to this store here on Wharncliffe Rd. Scanned away.

But then the bean counters made us wait for 10-15 days to be rewarded our points. So we would forget? But no points materialized. Then I hear from corporate girl, Krista, that some scans don't count. Lotto and gas, for example. Why not make that more known to the customer and employees rather than hide it in small print? So I asked if I scanned for a redeemed coffee while buying lotto, did that count? Still no reply for that question. Hmmm. Many of the employees were not sure about the particulars of this challenge when a customer asked. Not their fault as it was set up this way by corporate to be misleading. The use of deception may bring short-term gains, but in the long run it will only sour your regular customers against you.

Every time I have been disappointed it has not been the doing of the lowly-paid grunt on the ground but by their corporate masters. I suggest 7 11 emulate their Japanese financiers and act with honor in their business dealings. It is, after all, the hapless customer that keeps you in business.

Follow UP: So on November 6th at 11: 30 my points finally came through. I had checked earlier in the day for the hell of it. I was told by corporate that points would be awarded by November 5th at the latest. It should never take that long. They knew the score long ago. So while I'm happy my points came through, I'm not impressed with how the challenge was run or the lethargic response. No reason for it. 7 11 has great potential and it's unfortunate London has lost so many stores since the 1990s. It does not have to be that way. Get creative and win back your territory.
