Great experience priced well for such a high star restaurant. Service is Amazing. 1 Star off because I didn't like my pasta but I loved the pizza. I will surely be back.

Good date place as the ambiance was good. Feels cozy and dark, with cave like decor.

However, if you're just looking for an Italian food fix, the big chain is more affordable for a slightly lesser quality. Better food for the price

Pretty mid … the chicory salad was really bad.hard to eat and honestly a little inedible, too acidic.

The pizzas were ok- we ordered 3.mushroom was the best. Found that the toppings kept falling off of the margherita and pesto from flimsy crust.there’s no depth of flavour to the pizza but the waitress gave us chilli oil which was nice!

Overall I’d say you’re paying for the experience, i have had better food at McDonald’s but the vibes and ambiance were good. Really cute spot but the food is eh.

Great customer service, our server as well as the hospitality team checked on us from time to time to ensure we were looked after. Food is on point, authentic Italian taste.

We went there as all family with high expectations since our friends keep telling about pizzas. But the man who is in charge definitely not customer oriented and ruined our experience. Waiters were nice but that man is big no.
1- from the moment we enter restaurant, he kept mentioning kids need to stay silent and it was very irritating like behaving like he is bossing us and we ignored it
2- my wife’s pizza has living worm it was moving around and my wife was shocked and the man in charge not surprised at all and said it is completely normal and it is organic. What a brainy? Comment and basic sorry was all we get
3- he used situation to give my wife a pizza which was more expensive (it was 30 cad pizza originally ordered and he brought back 48 cad pizza) this is ripping off customers

I am telling someone from government come and inspect this restaurant and the cleanliness should be audited by authorized people.

I never wrote bad review but if you are manager you should make customers happy and I am not going to come this restaurant ever again

We were a party of 6.
We all agreed that the pizzas we ordered were the best we have had in a long time.
Service was great.
Our server was Colin, very engaging, friendly, helpful and came across as very genuine.
Warm atmosphere but except for the bottled beer all the other drinks were slightly overpriced.
Would go back again in a heartbeat.

Our sever Charlotte was very attentive and friendly. She made our experience one to remember. They chef was also very accommodating of our tables food allergy request. And of course the food was amazing we got the crab pasta, heirloom tomato salad and steak. The decor is amazing and so unique with dim lighting that really sets the mood. 11/10

It has been more then 4 years that I have been having dinners here and every time it was excellent in terms of service, food and atmosphere. Because this place was my favorite restaurant in Oakville, I insisted my friends to share my experience about 7 enoteca with them, therefore I made a reservation on internet 5 days ahead. However, the internet reservation only let me to book a table for 6 (normally I book it on phone, it was my first time booking it through internet), and I left a note saying that I was going to bring my toddlers high chair if it is ok. I didn't receive a feedback from them so I thought the high chair was ok. When he have arrived to the restaurant we were 4 adults 3 kids and 1 toddler, a good looking man (either he was the owner or the head manager, no idea who he exactly was/is), attacked us in a very rude way, he was nearly asking us to leave and said the high chair wasn't aloud (ok, then why you didn't let me know?). I kind a swallowed his reaction and ignored him, I didn't wanted to ruin my friends first experience. Having said that, this person kept criticizing our kids behavior and used a very mean language and ordered them with a high voice to remain silent. Even though my friends wanted to leave, I insisted them to stay, knowing the delicious pizzas. HOWEVER, just when we were having our first slices, THERE WAS A GREEN ALIVE WORM in my friends pizza (funghi)! İt was literally dancing and coming down from the arugulas on top of the pizza, then came down on the table. The waitor (he was very very nice) called this rude person, his reaction was: "oh it is normal, we can't control the vegetables"? ! We are not asking you to control the vegetables, but they maybe need to be washed? !? ! No? ! He was extremely cold and disrespectful as if we were the ones putting the worm into the pizza. His second hilarious and traumatizing reaction was " do you want me to change it". Uhummm, no please, we like eating worms sure? !

Dude, this is not the way to manage a business. No clients mean no money, maybe you should try to be nicer to families too?

There will be multiple official complains to the ministry of course, what a shame. Shame on you!

The best place for dinner even after covid! After the pandemic many places could not keep up with their standards and how well the food quality/taste is but this place amazes me every time still till this day! My fiancé and I would come for date nights and every time the service is amazing and the menu is so unique and the quality of the food is extremely satisfying. The staff in general are always so polite, put together and genuine. Very organized, clean and well maintained. We always go for dates but for my fiancés birthday this year decided to invite our families to celebrate together and the booking process was very easy and very friendly to have reservations for 8 people. Would highly recommend for a date night or even coming to celebrate any mile stone in life!

The food is so delicious! The Buratta, kale salad and Tagliatelle Ragu! The only reason for 4* is being so loud. We had to talk loudly to hear each other.

The worst experience. There was a big live worm in my food. When I told them and show the worm to them, they told me that our veggies are organic and it can happen! Seriously? It can happen?
And then they asked me that do you want to change your pizza? Seriously? Who wants eat a pizza with a big worm on it? Their behavior was not pleasant at all. I am still shocked with that food and that behavior!

I've traveled the world and this restaurant will always remain in my top 5. #Godbless them always

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is by FAR one of the best, if not the best, authentic Italian fine-dining establishments I have come across so far. The ingredients are super fresh and flavourful, and each dish has a unique flair to it. It is on the pricier side, but the quality and portions are well worth it. The staff are super nice and accommodating, and it has an amazing terrace patio overlooking the downtown Oakville core. My girlfriend and I always come here for a special treat on anniversaries and birthdays. Would 100% recommend to anyone who hasn't gone before!

Now, I am picky when it comes to Italian cuisine as many Canadian restaurants do fail to serve authentic tasting Italian dishes. 7Enoteca did not fail to impress. Every dish my table received was cooked to absolute perfection and the pizza was outstanding, reminding me of Italy.

Celebrated our 19th year Anniversary at 7 Enotica. We reserved via the Resy App as recommended by the hostess when I called in originally and I requested to have Champagne upon arrival on the app, which did not happen and was disappointing. I decided not to say anything about it. We were sat at table for 2 near the Open kitchen and the Manager came by to ensure that we didn’t mind being near the food traffic-we really didn’t. He asked if we were celebrating anything or just dining so we told him that it was our anniversary and he wished us well and to enjoy the evening. Our server was attentive and knowledgable with what was served, food was flavourful and looked amazing. Our cocktails were mixed well and was good in volume. After dinner and to our surprise, the other Manager came by with two stemmed glasses and Port wine. He explained that they wanted to add to our anniversary celebration by toasting us. He gave the background of the port wine before pouring and offering it to us.it was a very good port. The evening ended up to be most enjoyable with the great service, food and added personal touch with the toast in the end. Will certainly dine there again without hesitation.
