8 Silver Maple Court

We moved in a few weeks ago. People have been extremely friendly and the staff are top notch. We have two dogs who have been welcomed here. I would highly recommend this building.

Nice place. Visitor parking meter machine wasn't working so l couldn't leave my car for fear of being ticketed.

I had an issue with the blinds in the bedroom.
The service request was sent and within 2-3 hours the job was completed with professionalism.
Very happy as the job was completed in a timely manner

One of the best places to be at. Extremely well maintained building. Their manager Maira is professional and will never let anyone down. We were worried to lose our place due to Covid but Maira took care of everything for us. The reason why we decided to visit this building was due to their friendly staff. When we spoke to Neelam over the phone, you could tell she cares for her customers and she literally did. My whole family loves her. Our process was very smooth. We had a little hiccup in the beginning however management manager Luis assured us things will be taken care and they were. We would like to thank the whole team for making our stay extremely enjoyable. Adesa, Terry and Ray were some of the staff members we used to get in touch with on a day to day basis and it was always a pleasure speaking to them as well.

This place is highly recommended only because of their building management.

Very bad management team. Lots of renovation going on for last one year. Neither your kid and or you can stay at home during day time. Management does not co-operate at all with resident now. Will never recommend any one to move in this building any more.

I recently moved out of my unit from 8 silver maple court after 16 years and all I can say is that this building management and stuff are very professional friendly and helpful. If you want a well maintained unit this building is for you. Maira is amazing she always took care of us and never let us down. She pays attention to little details and makes sure your request is done on time.she is super helpful. I would like to thank Maira and her team specially Edisa and Neelam for everything they have done for me and my family.

Excellent building that is kept clean. The staff are very pleasant and ensure requests are promptly looked after. Nice large rooms and great facilities. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

I can't speak on behalf of the whole building but my floor (Penthouse) is clean. Fitness and laundry room are clean and maintained well. No issues with noise or crime at all. Very good neighborhood.

One of the good apartments around. Very conveniently located within walking distance to the BCC mall. Has lawns and children play area. Rent is on the higher side but it is the case with all the buildings around.

I am so very impressed with our pool this year and the Lifeguards who have maintained it! The lifeguards were there everyday working hard to clean the pool and deck so it was ready when it opened. They were very professional and supervised the kids very closely and also interacted with them! I am so thankful management hired a great company this year for the pool and they were very prepared and implemented safety procotions for all of us to enjoy safely!

Love it here, people are really great, staff so professional and friendly, never want to leave here, would recommend this place to anyone, i get such a homely feeling at 8 silver maple court and so will you.

I loved this place being closest to bramalea mall. My friend stays here and location is awesome.

I was just visiting a friend who lives in 8 silver maple I had to pay for parking and this is not right because the rent in these buildings are absolutely apholing 2150$ for a 1 bedroom apartment that is crazy. No one can afford these prices unless you have a job that pays 90k a year. Nutz

Good location, poorly maintained building, there are infestations every season (roaches, ants, flies). The underground parking roof is always caving in and leaking, the windows in the units leak profusely when it rains. In the month of October there were a ton of water issues, meaning no/limited warm and hot water for 2 weeks. The units look very old and run down, you would think they would upgrade when the price of rent. Recently moved out would not recommend.

This building use to be a good one when the were owned by Vertica.
Ever since they have changed owners it has gone downhill! To sum it up THE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! And when you email them and show them where the cockroaches are coming from on your floor they turn it around and say it you! They don't fix the issues they just raising the rent!

Cockroaches, noisy, wall paint is cheap, cramped and overpriced laundry room, old HVAC system, daily problem with hot water, shabby hallway carpeting, etc. Currently they're renovating vacant suites after which rental will be almost double what it is now.
