I’ve been to 905Ink a few times and to be honest the customer service has been great. I love the walk in experience I’ve always been a walk in and that what lead me to meet and get tattooed by Ace. He understood what I was looking for and made a few adjustments so the piece would fit on my forearm and still be readable. Ace was very professional and focused on ensuring he did his best work on the piece and making it come to life. Also, his play list is on point. Thank you for the work you did and would definitely get another tattoo from Ace.

My daughter found 905Ink after an extensive search on where we should go for our tatts. She could not have found a better place. The staff were all very welcoming, kind & friendly. Mano was my artist (who even offered us pizza!) and I appreciate how he took the time to help me choose the best font, he designed my tattoo to perfection. I’ve got so many compliments on a job well done. I will definitely be back for more!

I visited 905 Brampton and had a fantastic experience getting a couple's tattoo done by the skilled artist Mandeep. His work was impeccable, and he personalized the design, exceeding our expectations. We absolutely loved the outcome and highly recommend this place for their excellent service.

I saw that this place had great reviews and was close to home so I decided to get my first tattoo here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was supposed to get this tattoo in October and it was delayed until March because of all the problems I had with the staff and their communication. When I arrived for my appointment, the artist was late and I hadn’t seen the design. I called a couple times prior and was told that the artist wouldn’t start working on the design until the week or day of my appointment. When I did see the design, it was not what I expected. I wanted her to DESIGN a tattoo that would be an improvement on my original idea, NOT slap stock images on a Word document and print it out. I was disappointed and was told that was how they do their work at 905. I decided that I wanted my deposit back so I could go elsewhere. There were so many instances of miscommunication following this; I was told I could get my deposit back then told I couldn’t, I called to cancel another appointment scheduled when I had to work and it wasn’t cancelled by the staff then I was accused of not showing up and told that I lost my deposit. I made a new appointment with the artist and it wasn’t communicated to the other staff, then she said she wasn’t even available at the time we agreed upon and that I got a call about it that I never received. I had multiple failed appointments, uncomfortable conversations with the staff and just an overall horrible experience with 905. I recommend visiting the shop you intend on getting a tattoo from and taking your time deciding whether the artist and environment are a good fit for you - that was my mistake. (EDITED)

I never write reviews but I been getting lot of compliments on my mandala tattoo. So I figured I share my experience. I have lot of tattoos and am well experienced with how tattoo artists work but it was my first time at 905ink and didn't know what to expect. I initially had a quick consultation with Ace in march, he showed me his portfolio and I was impressed with quality of his work. So I told him what i want and booked an appointment for early April. He rescheduled my appointment night before the tattoo and I was disappointed at first because I was excited to get it done. But we are all humans and sometimes things happen. So I gave him benefit of doubt and he booked me for a few days later on one of his personal off days. I had my girlfriend come with me for the session, Ace and staff were very accommodating. I didn't think my tattoo would take full day session but he explained to me that he will not rush anything, so i better be prepared to spend all day if needed. He took his time and did very clean work, so I'm very happy with it. Now month later my healed tattoo looks awesome snd I'm getting lot if compliments. So I'm glad I found another good artist and studio I can trust with my tattoos. Will definitely return to finish rest of my forearm. Thank you and next time coffees are on me. Lol

Just got my tattoo done by Ace. I Love it! I waited a long time to get the right person to do my sentimental tatoo. He was very thorough with explaining the process and his ideas. He was very patient with answering all my questions. He arranged to book me earlier than my original appointment because he knew I want it done earlier than later. He worked with me on the cost. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be scheduling my next tattoo very soon. Thank you Ace

Nice place and nice employees/customer service, however their prices are crazy. I was charged $45 for them to help me take out 2 lobe piercings (I was having issues doing it myself, but it was a healthy piercing) and put in my own earrings (that I brought in myself). I was in and out in 5 minutes and charged $45 for that.

Had Bahar tattoo my ribs and she is such a sweetheart! Very patient with me needing breaks and made sure I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend her! Her artwork is stunning!

Got my first tattoo done yesterday by Harman Grewal and it was a great experience. He walked me through the design process and made sure the exact specifications that I wanted were used.

He has a high level of customer service and also a very talented artist.

The shop itself was really nice and all the staff are incredibly friendly, stopping by during the session to check in and say hello.

Absolutely loved my experience. As far as tattoos go anyway. It was a 9 hour sitting for me. Probably too much for a first timer. However the staff, the artist (Raf) were so kind and knowledgeable. I'll be back again. Definitely with Raf for another. Thanks all.

This is my very first tattoo that I got. Manvir really helped me out with the selection, fonts and styling if the tattoo. Looking forward to get another tattoo once I'm ready for it.

Since this was my first time getting a tattoo I was really nervous but the receptionist at 905 ink was so calming and positive I actually relaxed down a bit. KD is so good I recommend to get your tattoos done from him! He’s so creative, friendly and so nice! He completely enhanced my idea and made my tattoo super special.

The staff here is amazing and makes you feel so at home. All of my tattoos and piercings have been done here by multiple artists and I love each and every one of them. They are the BEST tattoo shop I’ve been to. You feel like a welcome guest at someone else’s home. Everyone at the shop is incredibly kind and Ace is one of the best tattoo artists in Canada. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

ACE worked for me. Intially the price was set to $1000 but Later he charged me 500 more because he asked me to write fake review and told me to get my freinds also do it. My freinds didn't do it so he got mad and increased my bill.

This is my first time using 905INK and was not disappointed. The shop is clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and very professional.
I was introduced to artist K. D.who did 2 pieces on my chest. Excellent work! I will be booking another session with K. D.for when he gets back from vacation in June.

I recently got my tattoo from here. Brian is very professional and a great tattoo artist i loved the tattoo. I paid 120$ +tax for just this line out which i think is expensive anyhow …my all over experience was good though.

Just finished a full day session with Ace and had a fantastic experience! The receptionist is awesome and all of the guys made me feel like family. Ace is incredibly talented and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure the tattoo was perfect. From the design to the execution, he takes the time to make sure each detail is how it is supposed to be. He even stayed late to finish some shading and wants to add some finishing touches at a later date to be happy with his work. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thanks guys for a great day!

I had a great experience at 905INK. I knew I was interested in getting tattooed at a reputable Brampton tattoo shop but I needed a little extra guidance. Jay, artist and shop manager, offered support in this area over the phone prior to my in-person consultation with Ace.

The shop is run professionally and there is a noticeable comradery between staff members. In my consolation with Ace, he helped me work through two different concepts I had in mind. When I showed up to my tattoo appointment, I had decided on the concept but not the placement. Ace gave his suggestions on placement and size to ensure the best looking tattoo, while ensuring longevity and keeping in mind future tattoo ideas. I deferred to Ace as the expert and I'm happy I trusted his input.

As someone who can feel socially awkward/anxious, Ace's pleasant and friendly demeanor put me at ease. For me, getting a tattoo is not only about the end result, it's about the whole experience. Having said that, of course, the most important aspect is the quality of the end-result of the tattoo.

The tattoo I got was admittedly simple (line work and shading), but Ace was well-suited for the job as one of his specializations is line work. Although I do have other tattoos, this was my first really visible tattoo (on the side of my arm, close to my wrist) so I wanted it to feel right to me. The tattoo linework is clean, straight, and looks exactly as I hoped it would when my arm rests naturally by my side.

After the tattoo, I sent the tip separately and Jay called me to let me know it was received and thanked me. Ace also followed up with me on Instagram, thanking me and asking how the tattoo is healing. I appreciate this level of customer service.

In sum:
-the tattoo looks beautiful and clean (just how I wanted it)
-905INK, as a business, clearly care about the art as well as customer service/the client experience
-Ace and Jay were lovely

I got two of my tattoos done at 905 and had the best experience ever. Ace did my first head tattoo and it was an artistic perfection. Good company and great people. My favorite quote I got from the Brampton studio " Come as strangers, go as friends".

Ace was really professional about his services the first time I met him and this prompted me going back getting more tattoos…. Definitely recommend him anytime

My sister and I just had an appointment with Ace! He was super honest with what he thought would look best and helped us design a tattoo we both love! We went together and they cleaned and sterilized between us! We absolutely love the results and had a great experience with Ace!

The best tattoo shop in town. They are clean and professional with each tattoo designing. Specially when it comes to Covid, they took all precautions before providing with a tattoo.

I went to get my nose pierced and KD was very kind and talk me through the piercing i would recommend going here for piercings.

It was my last day in Brampton and I really wanted to get my nose pierced before I left, and thankfully I got an appointment before they closed. I was so scared to get my piercing but the guy was so nice and definitely very knowledgeable about piercings and all which made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend people to go here. This place is so chill along with the staff being so down to earth. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and convenient piercing that has staff with excellent interpersonal skills.

It was my first Tattoo so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. Shony at the front desk was very comforting. Ace is an amazing Tattoo artist. He was also very nice and patient. He is very jovial and honest. Before we just discussed the design at a walk in visit and was told the price as $150, however when Ace actually did the design and said its $120.i like their honesty and the service. It looks they believe in quality work and service which they undoubtly deliver. I will definitely will be going back when I am ready for my 2nd Tattoo! Thank you Shony and Ace!

If you need a tattoo done don't even consider this shop with guys charging 200 dollars an hour very ridiculous did a tattoo there two days ago five small stars definitely not worth the 450 I was charged after being told it was 250 definitely not worth it find another parlor they are way more cheaper

Got my tattoo done here by KD, and after a few days the tattoo started peeling which is normal as its healing.however, after a while the ink of the tattoo faded which is not supposed to happen.i followed all the after care directions and still this happened.mind you this isnt my first tattoo, ive gotten two more tattoos and this is the first this has happened to me.very unprofessional and cant even get a touch up because its been more than 3 months.terrible customer service, and not professional at all.i paid so much money for my tattoo and they cant even do a simple retouch.will not be doing business here ever again, and will be sure to let my friends and family members know to avoid this location.

Wonderful experience! Amazed with the outcome. I had traveled a little bit of a distance for this appointment and this appointment was a very special one with heartfilled sentiment and it was so beautiful to see it come together.
KD was amazing. Very accommodating, excited about life and it was abundantly clear he enjoys what he does. Not to mention he paid great attention to detail.

I have been a client since September 2020. Got a beautiful tattoo done by Buphy and yesterday I was in for a small quick tattoo to honour my dog that passed by KD and it was absolutely amazing as well. Oh, and I also did a nose piercing; my first facial piercing and I love it.

Great work done by Ace; really takes the time to make sure the measurements and placements are super accurate and symmetrical. Blown away by the final product and very satisfied.

This place is the best! I've gotten a few tats here and a piercing and I'm going back to get a few more of each. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're not all about the money. They have morals and lots of talent
