939 Western - CLV Group

I've recently moved into 939 Western road and appreciate the location's close proximity to the university campus, shared amenities, and consistent maintenance of the property. Special thanks to Charley and the housekeeper, Patricia, for making our move-in process as seamless as possible!

My partner and I just moved out after four years in our apartment at 939 Western Rd as we are moving out of London, and overall had a very positive experience. The location of this apartment complex is superb for Western students. These buildings are old, so maintenance is an ongoing thing, however, we never had any issues getting things fixed and/or replaced in a timely manner. There is also a 24/7 emergency maintenance line available that was handy after-hours. The staff here were fantastic, especially our community leasing agents Lexi and Charley, our main housekeeper Patricia, and our other maintenance staff. The property is well-kept and we enjoyed the picnic tables and green-space outside. We never had any concerns with other tenants and often utilized the common areas (e.g. Fitness room, lounge) in the building!

Lexi has been an amazing rental agent. She is very professional replying very quickly to any concerns. A big thank to Patricia that works very hard keeping the building clean. The entrance, halls ways and laundry area is always clean. Lexi and Patricia are always happy and give a friendly hello when we see them. I love the location close to UWO football field and the Thames.

I find Patricia to be a very personable and pleasant CLV employee. She is the one who is always on site and answering questions. Patricia does an exemplary job keeping the buildings clean and well maintained. If ever I have a problem, I know that Patricia will be prompt with her help.

Positive experience living here, responsive maintenance and a great location for students. Lexi was very helpful.

Lexi was an extremely helpful leasing agent. She was quick to respond to emails and promptly provided all relevant information. She was also very accommodating and helpful when we were deciding between two different units.

Affordable, well-situated apartment complex. Perfect for a Western grad student. The buildings and the grounds are always meticulously maintained. The property manager, Lexi, has always been very responsive and helpful!

I moved here from the UK during the pandemic, and it was such a stress-free process. I appreciate Lexi's efforts in making sure everything went smoothly during my move. It's been 11months here, and I'm pleased with everything so far. The general community here has been great so far; maintenance is always on time when something needs to be fixed. 939 has also become more special to me cause I got married right here.

I have recently become a tenant here and from the start we have been treated so respectfully by Lexi. Lexi was accommodating and helpful because when we had to make plans to see the house, she was flexible and would do so around our schedule, which I really appreciated. She was so kind and welcoming and because we signed our lease during the pandemic she really went out of her way to do what she could to make us feel welcome and get us the information we needed. I needed measurements about the apartment to see if my furniture would fit since I couldn’t visit myself and she immediately responded and did what I needed her to do! The apartment looks great and I’m so excited to live in a clean and safe space with my roommates! It’s so close to campus and Lexi ensured that we had a smooth move in! Definitely would recommend!

This 939 Western location is super close to the university for an easy 15-20 minute walk commute (so its an ideal location for students). They also got a gym/workout space, allow pets, and have great customer service. The Community Leasing Agent (Lexi) also made my life a whole lot easier, was super responsive, and answered all my questions in a timely way.

Spent the past year living at 939 western, and just signed the lease again for another year. Lexi has been great to us and maintenance has always been extremely quick (usually within a day or two). The public areas (gym, common room, hallways) are cleaned daily which is also great. Would totally recommend this complex for any students looking for a place to live close to campus.

I moved into 939 Western last year and I am moving out in a couple of month because my classes are online. Although I only lived here for one year, I will never forget the exceptional experiences I had living here. Lexi was super nice from the point we moved in and she always answered to my inquiries quickly. Also, the management team was amazing. Whenever I submitted a request online, they showed up on the same or next day to take care of the issue. Overall, living at 939 Western was like no other. Thanks to all the staff and management team for making my stay here exceptional!

Since the minute we decided to pursue living at 939 we have been treated with respect and kindness! Lexi is our landlord and she is a wonderful lady who cares about her tenants. She responds to texts/inquiries promptly and has been nothing but helpful. She goes out of her way to make your stay feel homey and I could not have asked for a better landlord! Living at 939 has been a breeze as any service or maintenance has been taken care of effortlessly through the app. Management is kind and friendly and I have not had any problems with noise or anything like that. It is an upper student living building & I am so grateful for the positive environment. Only improvement might be to the gym facility as it is quite limited but it has everything you need for a beginner workout! I will be resigning my lease this year! We recently became tenants at 93 and this was first for us. Our Customer Rep from CLV is Lexi and although she was new to the role, she was very helpful, efficient and accommodating.

We moved in during the pandemic and our contact Lexi was very helpful. Lexi made our move in very stress free. Our keys and paperwork were ready for us and our unit was clean and move in ready. Any questions we had were answered fast and professionally by Lexi. We are enjoying the outdoor area with a large grass area with picnic tables and our quick walk to Gibbons Park.

Had a great experience living at 939 Western Road. I was in one of the newly renovated units with a nice modern look and lots of space for my roommate and I. The apartment complex being so close to campus and bus stops was very helpful. Overall, a positive living experience.

Had a terrific time living at 939 Western during undergrad. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the buildings are in great condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for housing near the University or otherwise.

I have had a really positive experience at 939 Western Road this year! The location is great with proximity to campus and to local amenities. Staff are also excellent - very professional and responsive. Newly renovated suites, specifically, are really nice. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're a Western student!
