99 Howard Street Rose Park

I wish I could give my experience at Residences of Rose Park a positive review.

Should you consider moving in, here is a highlight of problems that will plague you:
- Cockroach and pigeon infestations
- Bedbugs
- Elevators regularly out-of-service
- Stolen packages
- Leaks
- Mould
- Inaction in addressing any of the above. Desperation will drive you to taking matters into your own hands.

For example, there was severe mould growth on the ceiling during my time at 135 Rose Ave. Despite having stressed the health concerns it posed, zero efforts were made to address the issue.

In short, stay away. Rent may be affordable, but don't expect to get what you pay for.

The worst management this building has. While we were renting, the property manager Tejani was absolutely a pain to deal with. We literally had to go to the LTB and file a case simply because the property manager wasn’t ready to answer our questions or solve uncomplicated problems. Even the medallion doesn’t respond or care to know what’s happening Would never recommend anybody renting here. Absolute nightmare

So many tenants complained that the room is like an oven, but they don't care.
It's not healthy, not humanity.
Will try to report this to the authority.

Such a bad apartment. Don’t move in any Medallion apartment. Workers are very rude and lazy. If I can I want to give NO STAR.

I lived in this building for 2 years, do not move in here. Rental office is closed more often than not, when it is open the people working there are rude and unhelpful. There are regular pest issues (bed bugs and cockroaches, I've seen both come out of cracks in the wall). Maintenance requests are ignored for both minor and major issues on multiple occasions. There are only 8 washers and driers for the whole building and at least 2 of them have been broken for months. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.
