They were extremely slow and extremely unprofessional. I came into the shop and it was empty. I sent over my print job and they kept assuring me that they would finish my job in a “few minutes”. I ended up waiting 2 hours for my job. While I was waiting, they helped TENS of other customers that came after me while ignoring my print job.

The store was not even crowded and there was no line up. They neglected my print job for no reason. Every time I would ask about it, they would lie and say it’s almost done. They have 0 respect for people’s time and 0 professionalism.

Would not recommend ever coming here, unless you have all day to spend.

Rates are Good, Very Helpful, Place the order on time, even in emergency situation don't charge extra.

Very accommodating and speedy service every single time. Plus, Luie, the owner of the service is a delight to be around and extremely helpful.

I visited this store today and I found a very bad customer service, the guy there was talking impolite and in a rude way. I left the stire without getting this bad service and I don't recommend anyone to visit this store. I went to other place and got cheaper prices also.

Luie is a very pleasant gentleman who was extremely willing to accommodate my last minute request. I needed funeral programs made within a few hours and he stayed after closing time to accommodate my request in my time of need. Another company made the programs and an error was not caught and the other printing company was not willing to fix the problem. Luie not only fixed the problem, but the programs were much better, more professional looking, better paper and color quality. I have since had people move over to him. Thank you for being a fantastic business man with reasonable rates!

This is my go-to place for any printing that I need. The service is absolutely amazing. The owner took out so much time to make sure I was perfectly happy with the project I was printing. He went out of his way.

Absolutely amazing! Been coming here to copy for almost 20 years but recently needed some last minute signage and programs for my wedding. Luie was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend A-1 for any of your printing needs!

The team at A1 copy print take the time to make my projects their priority. This isn’t a common feeling with the big print shops. Very reliable and the jobs are completed when promised and at fair price.

If I could give zero star I would. Rude and unprofessional behaviour. Does not know how to interact with clients. Changes prices when he feels like it. Tells you your order will be ready by a certain day, but isn't. Worst experience ever. Learn to do business. Spend your money elsewhere.

This shop has the absolute most amazing service. For any of your printing or office needs, please come here. There prices are beyond reasonable, you’ll save so much money here as opposed to anywhere else (don’t ever go to staples again). Rui stayed 40 minutes after closing to help me organize and bind my materials for the bar exam. Will be coming here in the future for all my printing needs, and so should you, you’d be doing yourself a big favor! Amazing service, prices, and people!

Louie is the best at what he does. Same day signs made … no matter how busy he is. The customer service is simply outstanding. He designed a logo for my pizza business and all my menu boards. I couldn’t thank him enough… Please, for all your printing needs come see Louie at A1 copy on Dundas!

Wow! I was extremely impressed with the quality of the invitations I created for my bridal shower. I am going back to print my wedding invitations and a few other things for my wedding as well!

This print shop is amazing! I've used their services twice now and both times we were treated very professionally and the products were both high quality and very well received by our guests. I also contacted A-1 for a very last minute save the date printing request, and Luie was incredibly kind and accommodating to prepare it for me so that i could mail them out in time. He went really out of his way to make sure that we received the cards on time. Incredible customer service!
