I had two bedrooms done today.great job and the two guys that came were awesome.very personable and did a great job.love the new carpet from A-1.

I love A-1 Flooring everyone there is friendly and very helpful. Bring in samples if you can to match up flooring and countertops their expertise is amazing.

They are certainly not A-1. Brought 2 pieces of carpet to get bound and was told that it would take 2 weeks. Although 2 weeks was a little long I agreed. Into my 3rd week and no guarantee that the carpets will be done. They blamed the company that they outsourced to do the work. Stand behind your promise - 2 weeks is 2 weeks and if late offer a compensation. Customer service was not good. Offered no compensation and basically I'm screwed. Needed these carpets for an open house. Had I known it was going to take this long, I would checked around. Not happy with their service.

WOW! The team at A1 Flooring were so helpful throughout the entire process, from selection, purchase to installation. Very knowledgeable about their products. We purchased Pergo LVP flooring and had it installed throughout our entire home including on our stairs and it looks amazing! We also purchased our backsplash here, both products look so high end and are great quality. The LVP is perfect for our high traffic home with a large dog. We will definitely be returning for our future flooring needs.

I’m new to the area and Andrew made it such a great experience we didn’t bother to go anywhere else. The floor installation team were very professional and did an excellent job. Wonderful experience.

Andrew was incredibly helpful! I was there to support a friend after a flooded basement, and Andrew was accommodating and informative.
Product options were numerous, including pricing. I will be coming back when I move next year.

I hardly leave reviews. But we would never use A1 Welland again. EVER. And I think supporting local is very important. But this flooring company is in a league of their own. If it’s flooring they have to “order in” it’s a disaster. What they tell you when you order will likely change and they won’t take any responsibility it will just inconvenience you greatly. We have heard this now from others who had the same experience as we did. This is not the same store it once was and we wish someone had told us that. We tried to contact their mngr but that was pointless. Its like they think every job is an insurance claim.
So we ended up hiring our own installers and price went from $10k to $5k because we didn’t get upsold on material or overcharged on tear out and install.

Also most of the reviewers that give full stars have small jobs. READ THE REVIEWS WITH THE LOW STARS

DO NOT PAY A1 FLOORING IN FULL UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE AUGUST 2022 WITH NO RESOLUTION TO ANY OF THE NUMEROUS ISSUES ARISING FROM THE FAULTY PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION PERFORMED BY A1. VERY DISHEARTENING. ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION

Thankyou for the absolute A plus service on the installation of my floors. We had a flood and had a lot of damage, my old floors as beautiful as they were, were laminate. Eeeek.

From the start to finish I am so happy. Howard and his son installed the floors and quarter rounds with expertise and Howard was very accommodating to me and my home based daycare.

I have sent an email to head office for Howard to read.

Dan was very helpful in helping me choose a good floor for my home and daycare needs and Anna the scheduler was very helpful and accommodating to me as well.

Paul and Rich did a great job. They were polite, friendly and addressed any concerns I had. They also did a fantastic job. They are very proud of their work and it shows. We couldn't be any happier with the job they did for us.
Great job done by a pair of great guys. Five stars.
