Nice guy at the front desk and good prices, but unfortunately not so great of an experience. Brought my car to this place for brake and rotor work, everything went fine. They also recommended I replace my rear shock absorbers and front control arms at the same time - gave them the go ahead thinking it would be pretty straightforward. Control arm replacement went fine, but ever since they did work on the rear shock absorbers I’ve had two different types of rattle noises coming from the suspension. After some back and forth and a test drive done by them they fixed the louder issue (left an old spacer where I shouldn’t have been) but not the other. One month later this noise became an issue on both sides of the car and after hitting a bump in the road the driver side shock absorber completely blew out of the top threaded hole that was supposed to be holding it in place. This happens from one of two things: either over tightening that bolt past the recommended torque and stripping the hole, or not tightening the bolt enough and it vibrates out over time (from the vibrations/bumps of the road - in this case it was not tightening them enough to the torque settings). Having lost a bit of confidence in these guys I brought the car to a different shop to get looked at - the driver side shock absorber that blew out had to be put back in and tightened and the passenger side absorber had to be tightened correctly (the new shop said it was only a matter of time before the second one would have blown out). I get it, sometimes simple things can be overlooked when your busy - which this place seems to be. Just disappointed in my experience here after hearing such good things about the place. Unfortunely, Billy is the most dishonest person you can meet or do business with. I took my car into get my muffler fixed with my own parts supplied. He agreed to fix it and charge his rate of $120+. It costed me $255 for his mechanic to weld a piece on to my broken pipe only to have it fall off completely while driving on the 417 a month after! Instead of being honest to a customer when inspecting a vehicle to give a truthful opinion if my muffler should actually be fixed or replaced he goes ahead and fixes it. He knew very well that it wouldn't solve my issue in the long term. I would never recommend to fix your car at this place because if you don't know anything about cars he will find a way rip you off & leave you be with the same issue you started with originally.

Gets stuff done right. Gets the pricing better than others every time.
And the timelines always make you feel like you are a priority.

Good service with propose supply of required parts. Go prepared with the information of what you need and for what vehicle.

Number one place for auto parts and service. My go to every time. Do i call around to others, damn right i do, I'd be an idiot not to try and see if there's something competitive. But a16 always comes out ahead every single time.

By far the most reliable service you can get in the city. The owner, Billy, knows his stuff inside and out and find parts for your car that other people can't seem to find. ALWAYS the best pricing. I highly recommend ANY to everyone.

Extremely pleased with the incredibly priced brand new bumper I bought off them. I was worried I'd be paying between 3-600. They billed 90 dollars. Love these guys. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for auto parts. Excellent service every time

They were able to save me 250 dollars by locating the spare tire for a KIA Rio that only cost me 100 dollars. The KIA dealer wanted 350 dallars.

Excellent Service. I took an old ranger there for some work and the guy Billy at the desk was very helpful. He called around for the part i needed and he managed to get it delivered and installed on my truck within a few hours. I’m not one to ever buy used parts but I was highly recommended to this establishment for a part for my 2013 MDX. When I first got to the location I never mentioned I was referred. The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone and seemed extremely busy, he paused and greeted me right away. I told him my Issue and within seconds he was on his walkie talkie requesting my part. I was honestly amazed. He then asked if I needed it installed. Being that he had no clue who I was, to be so attentive made me a very satisfied returning customer for sure. I have recommended them several times since then! Great place!

The owner of A-16 is scary combative with a bad temper. He uses violence and aggression to keep people from returning parts and lies about their condition - he guaranteed multiple times that the parts we purchased worked and we lost money because we paid to have them installed and had to redo the job when they didn’t. The first time my partner went, another customer called the police on the owner because he was so violent. He cusses, calls people names.he intimidates to get his way. For your own good, stay away!
