Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. I paid for a parcel that didn't even get delivered and on top of that I did not receive my parcel back - when I called to speak with the manager, the women that I spoke with, said that he was standing beside her and could hear what I was saying, I asked why I am being charged for something that wasn't completed, she said that "driver needs to be compensated" - I understand business is business but, this was SOOO unprofessional. Needless to say, I hung up and haven't gotten my parcel returned.

Dealing with AAA is really stress free and easy. All the office staff is really nice and easy to work with and they get back to you within no more than 5 mins thru email and phone.
Jared has always gone above and beyond when ive gone to him for any issues or concerns.

Absolutely Amazing service and staff. I do not have an account with them and called with an emergency order. They had a couple of great payment options that worked for me. No hassles with the payment and the package was picked up and delivered way ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

The owner is very unreasonable and difficult. He sends his courier on an overnight pickup at 8: 30am to an office that opens at 9am, which most offices do. They do not call us, do not pick up the envelope and sends us a bill and would not send the driver back at 9am. They insist on billing us for a service they never provided. They have lost our business for good over a $20 invoice. Horrible management. Stay away from this courier company.

I’d like to start off by saying this is a referral a bad one. The parcel service is ok; I would not say it’s good. There was a lot of confusion in the beginning with the driver. I received a call from AAA express saying that the mail was not in my mail box. I made sure I put the mail there and then called them to pick up the mail. I was then informed the driver went to the wrong house. I was then called back to be informed that the package cannot be delivered due to covid, the building is closed. I spoke with Kirsten she informed me that they will charge me for the driver to deliver the mail back to me. I just spent $$ for the package to be delivered nowhere and now your charging me to deliver the package? Are you going to keep my package? I asked if there is something that could be done. Kirsten said the driver needs to be compensated…e.t. C. I asked to speak to a manager she responded that the manager is standing beside her and is listen as well as the whole office. I asked her why is the whole office listening that is breaching confidentiality. She got defensive, loud and rude. I did not appreciate her tone and I asked her why she is yelling.she said she did not like my attitude. She would not stop yelling so I yelled back and Kirsten hung up. What kind of so called professional service is this? I called back hoping I would get someone else. I had to call back several times to try and speak to management. I had no success because Kirsten kept answer the phone. I will never use this Rude Service again. ANYONE USING THIS SERVICE BE VERY CAREFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I’m disgusted.

These people delivered a package to me few days ago. They are very professional and helpful. When I leave a review for a company, know they are good. This is the best courier company in Mississauga and the GTA. A+. Look no further, I highly recommend them. Any negative review you read about them is likely from their competitors or those jealous of their services. This company is by far the best I have ever seen. More responsive than Fedex, DHL and UPS. I absolutely recommend AAA Express. They do the one thing you want from a courier company, They pick up your parcel and deliver it on time. No hassle or excuses just straight up professionalism and competency.

Very unprofessional, can't accept mistakes of their employees. Bills extra charges for their errors to client. Talks over top of you and won't listen or allow conversation. Run to another carrier folks, don't waste your time here.

I had the same experience as the others, rude and entitled customer service staff are over talking you when you have an issue.they kind of mess up ten percent of every order, try Powerlink courier, they are cheaper, more polite and easier to deal with.

AAA has a lot of screamers that do CSR duties, makes it hard to get business done

I send roughly 10-15 boxes per day with AAA Express across the Greater Toronto Area and i have been using aaa express for 7 years. I discovered AAA when i was receiving a shipment from a client who was using AAA first. I find the service to be great, if i ever had an issue with a delivery it was quickly resolved by customer service. This company has been very fair to me and easy to work with. I appreciate being able to call them on a Saturday when i am in a pinch and need a shipment sent out last minute.

This has been a very positive experience for myself. I saw AAA express advertised on the top choice awards website and gave them a call. My account was set up quickly and someone showed me how to use my online account.

Timely and professional service. A typical day for me would be sending anywhere from 3-5 van calls and 5-10 truck calls. I also use the flatbed 1-2 times per month and everything has been running smoothly.
