A & A Power Tool Repair

Got my dewalt drywall sander not even 6 months ago. Motor died on it, brought back to the shop for a motor replacement, they told me it'll be ready within 2 weeks. To this day, it's been over 4 weeks. No tool, when calling back they keep saying call in next week, next week. No option of getting another tool or money back, considering the fact that the tool was purchased only 5 6 months ago. Store is good, nice people, but this kinda service makes me not come back to a local tool supply store and go home depot instead, where they have no problems with replacing broken tool with a new one, or even returning money back

Great place but Saturday hours need to be longer I mean I work almost 7 days a week and I would like to be able to go here more often with taking time away from the job sat 9-2 or 3 not 12

Excellent customer service and beyond expectations. Went in today with my Milwaukee M18 Fuel drill. Problem was with the chuck not holding the bit die to a missing spring. Thought I would have to leave my drill for a few weeks but was able to fix the issue in under 5 mins! Was very pleased and was covered under warranty. Will be stopping in for any future power tool repairs!

My Rigid Planner started making a grinding noise when its powered on. I dropped of my planner at 1: O0 PM on a Friday Dec 17,2021. I explained to the staff I was desperate to get my planner repaired as soon as possible. You see I make custom handcrafted Charcuterie Boards and Live Edge furniture. This is a very busy time for me with the Holidays in less than 2 weeks. I was told would do their best however, they were busy with other machine repairs already and would be probably next week sometime. I received a call at 3: 00 pm to my surprise saying my planner had been repaired with a new gearbox which they had in stock.

It gets better.they also said they would deliver my planner on their way home.after work. WOW! This is incredible customer service and in this day in age.

Great people to deal with. Custom ordered me a lawnmower in November (we had just moved). It came in quickly and the price was great. If you are a black and yellow guy like me this is the place for you. Great selection, very knowledgeable staff, everyone is super friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Went to buy a new belt sander as my 60 year old Porter Cable sander (it was my father's) stopped working. Took the old one with me as I was going to ask whether it was still under warranty - big joke! Douwe, without asking, checked the belt on the old machine and found it had split. Went to the back and found the last belt of the size I required. I was stunned! Saved myself the $$ to buy new. Douwe was terrific. Will tell everyone about the service, and the staff. I will go nowhere else!
