Since Google keeps suggesting I make a review I'll try to be balanced.
As a former employee twice, once for 2years and the second for a winter along with a small part of the spring I've learned alot when it comes to plows, streetsweepers, water trucks, etc. I've worked day, evening, afternoon, and night shifts, sometimes all in 1 week which was very exhausting but I managed since I was eager to learn and earn a good income while attempting to secure a good position for me and the company, generally speaking most people there are good with some extreme exceptions (Donny and Kevin are the best I've seen) along with some very nice knowledgeable drivers and mechanics, HR/safety are a whole other can of worms since they speak down to drivers with a condescending attitude and often use threatening language unnecessarily which can cause unnecessary tension or worse. Dispatch on the other hand face alot of pressure and often will pass that on to the driver careless of the outcome "better you than me" attitude. With that said Abe (the owner) is a hard working man who knows what it takes to get a job done, I've met Moshe a handful of times and he seems like a decent individual who takes the time to explain functions of equipment, importance of safety, and so on. Supervisors like Bill and Rick are some of the best most helpful people I've seen in their positions and are very easy to work with, I've gotten to know them well since we worked closely for a few winters especially Bill.

Good working atmosphere and most importantly they respect their drivers and understand their problems

Showed up on time but didn't have the correct connections to complete the work. Driver took an hour to figure out what to do then 2 hours to leave and come back with the right parts. Not good when you have other contractors relying on this vendor.

Excellent Company. Always on time and the back up of equipments they provide for customers is at the Top. Good service and nice working with overall staff and employees especially Donny Mahabir and Kevin Amankwah.

My SUV was damaged by one of this company's snow clearing truck early morning hours of Feb 28,2023
The company's safety office M/s Amanpreet and HR Mr Kevin Paynter was provided with pictures of the damage to vehicle and two estimate quotes for repairs as required by the company. I was even sent a copy of cheque via email but not signed by the owner. Till today I have called zillion times and wrote plenty of emails and every time the answer is owner is not in or waiting for the owner to sign. It is over one month already and still waiting for the cheque to be signed.

They can’t plow roads, they make more of a mess then it was. They can barely street swipe properly. They always leave more of a mess than it was before they started anything.

Been working with Moshe and the team for a few years. Great group of people. All their drivers are respectful, service oriented, and focused on SAFETY. The municipalities are lucky to have A&G taking care of the streets with plowing and sweeping

Amazing company, friendly staff, and their pricing is reasonable considering everything in Ontario has increased. Highly recommend if you want the job done right. Either it be fall cleanup, spring cleanup, dust control, sweeping, construction, parking lot cleaning etc. A&G is the one too call to get the job done right. Highly recommend
