Bad customer service.
It says open, but the door is always locked. You have to wait for him to open the door.
Led me on for months, telling me to check back with him every couple of weeks, and then didn't sell me the item.

I strongly recommend that you make this your go-to for ACUs and the like in Niagara. Be sure to call ahead though to confirm that he's there and open. Street parking for free is a plus.

Unless you know what you want before you go here, the owner will not open up for you to look at what is in stock. Poor way to do business.
