A Needle Alterations

I took 2 kids jackets in for a zipper replacement and was charged $55. This place used to be very reasonably priced but I won't be taking my items to them anymore.

Don’t bother going here. First and last.
Unorganized, over priced, random charges, work not worth the price, absolutely lost and zero accommodations. There to rip people off. Go anywhere else.

Use to be my favor tailor.never paid more that 5$ each for small repairs. Recently brought in a pair of pants that need a simple belt loop stitched and a pair of shorts the button fell off of.picked it up today for 25$!? !? !? Been told there is new owners and if they are charging prices like that than I'll find a need alterations person.

This is the best tailor you will find. He always finishes alterations ahead of time. Very good workmanship. I have had two bridesmaid dresses altered wonderfully, one was too big and one too small and this man made miracles happen. It is very reasonably priced for the quality of work. I highly recommend you bring your business here.

They do good work but are not organized, don't take names, no bills ahead of time or money discussed. Gave me the wrong pants for my son, who dropped them off to be taken in. Had his phone number attached to the pants. I didn't see them before he took them there so was totally unaware that they were not his. Now we're scrambling to find the right suit pants to the wedding he's in next week! Not cool! May be the last time we use them, even if they are cheap and good at what they do.

My favourite tailor and dry cleaner in Hamilton. Fast, affordable, and quality work. They were even able to tailor a dress for me on New Years Eve and get it back to me same day!

The service is amazing, they have same day services! Also no need for appointments. Highly recommended

BAD SERVICE. Do not go unless you want to be charge $115 for 2 suit alterations on just taking up the foot by 2 inches. No bill, no confirmed payment, their words mean nothing.

Got a pullover baseball shirt and it was skin tight, took it here and they did an amazing job on the alteration, made it wearable for me, and they are very reasonable on their rates, would highly recommend. Have used many times to replaces zippers and done other alterations, our go to place

The alterations seemed half done and the seems were coming apart before i even tried it on, and she ripped the dress in one part but I didn’t even notice until I got home and had a hole in my dress. Because I needed to wear it the following week I had no where that could take it on time and I used glue and pins to hold it together and I felt that every seem was about to fall apart despite the fact that she did not take the dress in nearly enough anywhere and it was still lose

Brought in a dress that was slightly too small that also had a broken zipper and they fixed it within a couple of hours while beautifully replacing the zipper for an affordable price! I will be returning for future alterations!

Called to fix my son's zipper on his snowsuit, they took me in immediately and had it done in 20mins, same day. Charged a fair price as the place in Limeridge mail (franchise) had quoted me for a different item (but same problem) 4x the amount.

My first time going here was great! I needed a super small/quick job done (the lining of my pocket in my jacket had ripped). I called around to some other places and was told none of them could do this 5 minute job on the spot - I'd have to drop off the jacket and come back to pickup. I phoned here- the man was very friendly and told me to come right away. I arrived 10 minutes later- he was friendly and efficient and very affordable. The store was so busy- customers coming and going- I chatted with a few who said they've been loyal customers for years and had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend:)
