I needed to find a garage open Saturdays. Searched Google and found A1 had great reviews. Went down there & got a good vibe from them. Very friendly, all of them. They explained what they noticed and what they planned to do. Did not get the feeling of them trying to upsell or rip me off like I've experienced in the past with some other garages. TOO expensive, they replaced upsteam sensor for my car $450 plus tax WOW! O2 sensor is around $49CND plus tax at Part Source if you dont value your hard earned money this place is for you otherwise STAY AWAY!

I brought my BMW in for a brake concern. A1 checked it out but found nothing serious. A lot of shops would have taken advantage and charged for work which is not necessary. That is why I took my truck to A1 because they are honest.

Came all the way from Markham just after reading the reviews. Wow. These guys are something else. I would never go anywhere else in future. Quick diagnosis and fixes. They are super genuine with super reasonable prices. Keep it up guys.

A1 does great work on honda fit 2013. Pricing is considerably lower than dealership pricing.as of late (oct' 2021) brought in my 1999 4runner for a simple power steering flush and refill.they even let me bring in my own ATF Dexron III fluid.the flush and refill cost around 50$. Thats 250$ less than what the local toyota dealership would charge me.will go to A1 for other future regular services and such.

First time client with AC issues and needed an oil change. Repaired within the agreed upon time and cost was reasonable.

My AC stopped working, I called them in the morning and made an appointment for later in the day. I arrived on time and Lester took my car in at the scheduled time.

Overall my experience was great. They have friendly, honest and efficient staff. They communicated well and let me know the status of the repair through the whole process. Pricing was reasonable and they don't try to over sell you like some places. I'd recommend and will be returning for future service.

My car needed some exhaust and new cats according to these guys.after spending close to 1500 $ the engine light came back.this time it cost me another 200$ and was told the problem will never come back.sure enough it did after a few months. Cant pass emission since that was around back then. Took the car to dealer only to tell me there was an illegal device installed in the oxygen censor.they would not touch it.had to get rid of my beloved pontiac

Rude customer service. I understand these people may be new to Canada and don't understand the basic communication and customer service culture here but it should be their own responsibility to educate themselves on Canadian culture.
They are all 5'2, & 120 pounds and while most people are not looking for confrontation, I can definitely see this some person losing his marbles and this not ending well for these people.

The team here is great and honest with the services they provide. I have a great experience every time I visit these guys and they are very reasonable with the pricing as well. Neil along with his guys around are doing an awesome job and I would definitely recommend!

Yooo the customer service here is rude! Do not go here. They feel they could raise my voice. I asked for an estimate the man was yelling over the phone very unprofessional.

I started to hear a rattling sound coming from my passenger side and thought it was an issue with the suspension. The guys at A1 took the car for a test drive heard the same sound. Surprisingly, it turned out that there was a glass candle bottle underneath the passenger seat causing the noise! The owner laughed and said no charge for the service.

I started getting my car serviced few years back.the first time I visited I felt that I can trust them to do a good job with my car and they have never disappointed. 2015 ford escape that's 5 years old which hadn't had a major issues. It started to leak coolant I took it to Lester. Not only did he change the water pump and do all that was needed in a 2 hrs, the car now runs at better than it did. We are very happy with the job that was done!

I went there last minute on a Friday night I needed a car battery. I called right before their closing and they were willing to stay open and help me out. They had a battery ready when I got there. I really appreciate the customer service. They went above and beyond. Thank you

I called A1 when my VW Golf 2014 alternator had issues. The dealer was trying to sell me a new one which cost 3x more. A1 has experienced licensed mechanics that used to work at big dealerships. They confirmed the issue and order the part asap. It was installed immediately. Overall it was a pleasant experience. It has been 6 weeks now and it's running great. I highly recommend the service of Neil and King. Thanks.

I needed an alternator last minute on a saturday and Lester had it (even though he was busy) fixed the same day so I could make it to work. Great service, fair prices. Great experience.

My problems started after I did the timing belt on my Honda Pilot. Within days check engine light came on. When I bring it back and they scan it they said it’s the ignition coils.
Of course it’s not that issue and I keep going back spending money every time for new coils.
Then I insisted they re check the belt again and was told it’s not.
Took it to another place and sure enough the timing belt was the problem. By that time car had wasted the catalytic converters since it was running for years very rich on gas and it was just not viable for me to spend 2 grand to fix it. So I lost the car because of all this
I do not recommend them AT ALL

Probably the most trustworthy and accommodating mechanic I’ve dealt with my past 20 years in this city. They surpass all expectations and absolutely never try to skim off the top or rip you off. Definitely check them out

Good quality of work and value: simple oil check but goes thru general inspection of the vehicle. I had some ABS malfunctioning on one tire sensor. They helped clean up as well.

I had an appoinment for 11am but I was late 15min. (sorry on my part) They took the car in and work on it immediately. (no wait as some other places with appointments and still make you wait for an hour +) Love the puntuality on their end. I will be taking my current car and future cars here from on now.

I am absolutely speechless.this mechanic shop has truly warmed my heart and has taken extremely great care of me and my car. My mechanic has been unofficially closed since last summer.and I just been driving the car and praying he returns, or someone gives me a mechanic to trust.it has not been easy and has made me very anxious and scared.

Fear of being robbed, fear of parts of my car being exchanged for low grade car parts.just a total nightmare of thoughs. King and all his mechanics heard my concerns and reassured me that they are here to help. They took me in just before they closed to tell me what was wrong.
