A1 Cash And Carry

Iam in this a1 cash incary at least 3 times a week 4 months ago the cashier short change a month ago she charged me 32 dollars extra no apologies and today again charge me $ 31 dollars extra when I said you charge me extra she act like nothing happened the same cashier 3 times I could not believe it not even apologies

I have been coming to A1 cash and carry from so long and never had I ever had such a terrible experience with the cashier named nancyyy at the checkout counter. Nancyy was so rude cashing us out. She had chewing gum in her mouth and spitting on our face. Cash and carry should at least ask their employees to learn customer service first before hiring them for the job. Also cashier need to learn some basic manners and learn how to attend the customer in a nicer way

A true warehouse shopping experience, they have tons of selections especially for the food industry. Most food is in bulk and are from from the South Asia region. They also have a great selection of restaurant products for the kitchen, dining room and take out items. This place is huge and they have very spacious isles. Just be careful walking around as there are many forklift vehicles zipping around. Other than that, prices are pretty good for most stuff. Take care in there people!

Unbelievable amount of various food, spices, beverages and all the tools and gadgets to prepare delicious meals in this huge warehouse! Added bonus of helpful and friendly staff.

Cashier Mehak was polite and courteous. Stuff in the store was well organized but price tags on shelves were not properly maintained some were ripped off or were not clear. Overall store is good and customer service is excellent.

Good store. But wanted to pint out that about the bags that are charged at Check out they cannot hold anything. They just RIP. If you sell in bulk quantities you have to make sure these bags can hold. Can you not get a better and a sturdier Quality of bags I am sure you have that in 1 of your aisles.

Costumer service is really bad.i called many times and hang up the phone right away with out even making sure if there someone in the other line. 3rd time able to spoke to someone and im not event done asking question hang up right away.no proper manners and proper etiquette in the phone.

I shopped at this store today, my very first time. First of all this store was clean, it had a vast selection of goods and the prices were very reasonable. The store representatives were awesome, polite friendly and did not hesitate to help. I met a Representative today who went above and beyond Customer Service to assist me in finding what I needed. So sorry I did not get his name but he was working near the to the entrance, this young man, the Cashier and the other Reps in the store, should be commended for exceptional and excellent Customer Care and Service. I most definately will shop again.

I don’t like the behaviour of the staff. No one was ready to hel me there. When I saw that I left my cart full of products there only and came back. Very bad Experience would not recommend

Worst product every week they change price with 2× all spices has no manufacturer date no expired and indian drink are expired too still on shelves idk why? #to pricey.

Great place but needs to open much earlier. 8: 30am is terribly inconvenient for business owners who need to open their stores at 8am. I hope someone listens to this.

I have shopped at this location for only specific items that I don't get elsewhere. It's not for the wholesale they specialize in. But due to supply chain problems they are not able to stock these items all the time. Otherwise it's a great place to shop with an extremely wide selection of items. I would recommend that the Management consider increasing cash out staff.

Our restaurant has been working with A1 for more than fifteen years. It has one of the best and affordable products of all ranges. From paper products to all sorts of kitchen needs can be found here. It success with 5 locations across Ontario is an evidence of its best customer service and durability of the products. I highly recommend it.

High quality product. Professional and helpful staff. People are really friendly and respectful. It’s enough that these people were working when COVID hit and they risked their lives in order to serve other’s with their businesses. Specially the customer service lady, the tall guy on the floor and his staff. Thank you guys for everything.
Please people remember: the staff working there aren’t in charge of putting prices and I believe that the prices there are reasonable and better than many other places!

They keep increasing their prices without justification.lots of resealed boxes of items for sale. That wholesale discount of 2% disappeared during the pandemic.

I think there is some kind of scammy shenanigans going on with this company.

I received a package from them that I never ordered I have never done business with them in my life it had my name and address on it. When I called to find out what was going on the man hung up on me and then subsequent calls to the company kept going to different kinds of voicemail systems, during business hours.

I will have to do some research to find out if I was charged for something.

Clean, organized and a lot of choices for both restaurant and home use! Great place to shop and something we really needed.

I have been going there for almost 3 years now. I haven’t had one bad experience. The staff are very respectful and helpful specially the customer service lady and the tall guy on the floor.
The staff has nothing to do with the prices being high or not! They are doing there job.

It was wonderful experience to visit there. Everything was so organized and staff whoever works were very cooperative and sweet. I got more than that what I imagined. I highly recommend everyone to visit there and do business with them.

Many times the store is out of items. Hard to rely on them on a regular bases. To much stock left on the floors and hard to move around the aisles. Floors are constantly covered in litter.
