Needed a PR Card photo done quickly, as IRCC only allowed us 7 days to upload a digital version after approval. Lucy took us in as walk-ins, and we had photos taken and both digital and stamped physical copies within 15 minutes of arrival. My mother recommended me this place after I had a terrible experience at another photography studio. Since it's hard to impress my mother, I became curious how good the photographer would be. I visited this place two days ago with very high expection. When I saw my photos, I have to say that they were way beyond my expectations. They are the best ID photos I've ever had so far in my life. I used to think people would always look wired and ugly in their ID photos; however, Lucy changed my mind. Was up from Texas last week, and needed a Visa photo done, for my trip to Laos, China and Vietnam. Was directed here by the US Consulate because they said this is the best. I talked with Lucy about what I needed and she took about 10 minutes to give me all the visa pictures I needed. This lady is amazing with pictures. Each country needed a different size and she made them all to match their requirements. Sorry but there is no way that anyone should be giving this location a single star, yes, I can see where her efficiency seems abrupt, but I've been to different places in the world, where English as a second language it sounds a bit forceful. Lucy was direct, involved and understanding of my request. Pictures where the best I ever had. I read the reviews, at this point she has over 160 reviews and only 4 single stars, one dual star, over 150 five stars. This was the best choice the US consulate could have made, Thanks Lucy. Just had to stop by to get some passport photos. Lucy is extremely charming and professional! She was able to take, print, and stamp the photos in under 10 minutes. She was super attentive and gave me queues just so the photo would look the best. Def a neighborhood staple, and the prices are great too!

It was a perfect and satisfying service as well as very fast. They are very professional and know what to do.

Lucy is definitely the best! We went to Walmart to get a passport photo for my 2 year old daughter and it was a disaster, because my daughter is very shy and did not cooperate at all. Kept trying for 30 mins but with no success. When I called, Lucy mentioned that she's great with kids so we went. Paid for an hour of parking thinking that it would take that much time. The whole process took about 15 mins. Somehow she managed to distract my daughter and we were very impressed. She's also very accommodating to any requests and very patient. Highly recommend her!

Just visited this place for passport photos. Was quoted $25 (cash or etransfer) which seemed a bit high but was willing to pay. Photo was fine - but when I asked for the photos was told it was actually $25 for just a digital copy! It was $30 if I wanted the printed copy as well. Double the price of stores nearby
