My mother’s chimney had grub like insects coming from it. We called 2 other companies that were rated high and the first couldn’t come for 3 weeks, the second one cancelled. I called A1 and they were able to come on the same day and on time. Jacob who did the cleaning was professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning out a nest and some dead squirrels. He cleaned up and told us the issue was our cap so animals can get in. No pressure to get a new cap which we did anyway. I highly recommend this company especially if you get Jacob!

Called inquiring about a gas water heater venting/chimney liner issue, and was walked through some step-by-step troubleshooting by phone to discover it was an air pressure issue arising from lots of air drawing in a small basement mechanical laundry area. A no-cost solution of accessing a small window and solved problem. On my list for future.
