AAA Black Cab Milton Taxi Service

AAA were professional, on time, quick and an overall amazing experience. Special shout out to Gary!
Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for good service!

I tried using them. They literally told me no cars are available then hung up on me. Rude.

Scheduled a 4AM ride to the airport and the driver was right on time and very nice.

Usually a great service, but when I call, nobody picks up half the time.

December 4 2018: After being told there would be a 10 minute wait, an hour later this company told my mother she should walk home.

Ordered taxi chits for our holiday party, they asked for a credit card number and without advising that it would be charged they charged my credit card over$600. When called to inquire about the charge was advised that they had drivers on stand by and charged $60 per cab. This was not mentioned before hand and now the company refuses to refund this invalid charge. We used the same service last year with another company in Milton and this was not an issue, also used the same service this year in Mississauga and no issue. Fraudulent charges have been reported, do not recommend this company as they act in bad faith.

Ordered a taxi over an hour in advance, waited 15 mins after pick up time. Never showed up. Ended up taking Uber. Don’t recommend this company at all, was late for work. Uber is way more reliable. Dispatcher was also rude.
