I have used AAA Expert's services on two occasions. I used the Oakville Burlington branch. Their services were very prompt, efficient and reliable. I am very happy with their performance.

I did not know how to set up my new TV. Called this company who was very proficient and knowledgeable about new technology. It was effortless for him to set up the TV. He knew what he was doing from start to finish and patiently explained everything to me. A million thanks.

60" Plasma wouldn't turn on. Called, said we would come the next day. Arrived 15 mins early, figured out the problem in seconds, confirmed it when he opened the tv. Took the power supply with him. He returned three days later and it works like a charm. Saved me $3000+ for a similar spec TV. I would highly recommend.

My 75” Samsung TV suddenly stopped working on Thursday. The TV was not even turning on. I was so worried as this is a 2 year new TV. Harbhajan came to rescue. He was able to diagnose the issue in less than 2 mins and said he will come back with part on Sunday. Extremely professional and man of his word. He came back and The TV was working again. He is a magician. He also gave me 6 months warranty. I would recommend his service to all my friends and family. Thanks Harbhajan for all the help.

Pretty honest in telling me my tv is hard to find parts for before bringing it in. Just bought a better brand of TV so parts are easier available. Would use their service again if needed.

The service we received from Mr. Harbhajan Singh to repair our SONY smart TV was highly professional. He always called ahead to arrange a time to come. He arrived as planned, and did the work very proficiently. We had a somewhat complicated issue that he discovered and repaired and then put the TV and system back together and made sure everything worked. I would use his services again.

Half of the backlight of my 2 year old TV had died out. When I called AAA about it, my technician was able to come to my house to pick it up within the next hour, and came back with it fully repaired for a reasonable price after two business days.

There are a lot of TV repair outlets that will only swap out boards in order to fix a TV. Harbhajan is able to repair components within the defective board in order to get your TV going again. This is a pretty rare talent that not even the authorized Samsung repair provider will do. (I have a Samsung Plasma.) Beware of the pretenders out there that say they can fix your TV but can't.most don't have a clue. I highly recommend Harbhajan Singh.

The technician doesn’t diagnose properly and mentions LED backlight issue and charges $35 and leaves. Entire diagnosis was done in less than 2mins without checking anything properly.
