AAA Halton Taxi Service Ltd

I booked this company for a client who need wheelchair accessibility and both trips were canceled on the day the trips were required. The reasoning for the cancellation was the driver was over booked, doesn’t matter that the booking was done a week in advance. Absolutely disgusting service, completely unreliable.

Quick response Asked for a non scented car. Car was clean It was for my mother who is handicapped
Driver was very helpfull putting her walker in the trunk and helping her put on the seat belt
Highly recommended compagny

Always 15-20 minutes late. I called them specifically to show up on time on a specific occasion since my daughter would have no way of contact due to a phone issue.they didn’t even show up. Worst taxi service ever save your money.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Totally irresponsible, non dependable taxi service! Opened an account to pick my daughter from school. After paying an arm and a leg - did not show up on a rainy day! Rude operators not giving their names and blaming management for everything! Customer service at their worst! Badly kept cars and unhygienic completely! Please please stay away from this taxi service!

We have called this service on 3 separate occasions to get us to the airport. They never showed up EACH TIME. When we called to find out their ETA, they said they'd be there in 10 min. Had to call again and they repeated the same thing. It was obvious they weren't coming. We ended up driving our own vehicle and paying expensive parking at the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. Extremely unreliable and frankly the operator didn't care at all. 3 strikes you're out. We are NEVER calling them again and have warned everyone we know. Terrible service

Courteous, clean cars, and on-time. About the same price as a Uber.until Uber put their prices up - now a great deal!

I have used Halton taxi many times for trips to the airport. On my latest trip I required a van as I had a lot of heavy luggage. When our driver Tony arrived he came to the front door and took care of loading all the luggage. At the airport he parked and I was looking around for him and was surprised to find that he had gone and picked up 2 carts for us to transport the luggage. As mentioned I've used Halton Taxi many times and been satisfied but this time the service was exceptional.
