Great restaurant, with lots of vegetarian friendly options! One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to in Ottawa! Shout out to Monica for superb service, was very attentive and helpful in choosing and navigating so many options!

We can always count on Aahar for delcious food and friendly, wonderful service. A local gem and the mango lassi is sooooo good!

It was delicious and the vibe was really nice. I had the butter chicken and it was amazing just really spicy. Our waitress Monica was very kind and helpful. The dessert (not sure the name) was very good just really sweet.

We visited for the weekend lunch buffet. Food was delicious. Butter chicken, beef curry, all vegetable dishes were excellent. Service was very good without being obtrusive. Good value for the money. Restaurant is clean and pleasant. The only thing that I would prefer (and it is a matter of preference) is more light. I find the place a bit dark. But the food and service beyond reproach.

Taste was so good. They made it extra spicy as we said. There is a girl name Monica and her Service was so good. I am fully satisfied.

I’ve been here a few times, first time was a miss, second time was a hit and third time today was a miss. I’m assuming this is based on the cook. I suggest to remain consistent with flavours, I’m Indian and know the difference. Spent close to 100.00 on a few dishes and wished I cooked myself!

Extremally small portion. I ordered the butter chicken with a a price of $22.50. This came with 4-5 small fatty pieces of chicken and no rice. The quality of the chicken was poor.

I have been meaning to visit this restaurant since pandemic started. Finally had the chance. Ordered 2 meat dishes, one soup and bread and everything was made to order and very delicious. Salmon tikka was awesome. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking which is a bonus.

We ordered butter chicken, dal and madras. Everything was runny and soupy. Very little meat no other noticeable ingredients. The dal had very little lentils and the sauce was thin and runny like the rest of the dishes. The shrimp pakoras were dry. They missed 2 add-ons and there is no way to contact the restaurant directly so we don't know how we are to get a refund. The portions are EXTREMELY small for the price - not worth price even if the food was good which it wasn't. Absolutely the worst Indian we've ever had. Everything was lukewarm as the driver was assigned another delivery after they confirmed a time for us making our order 45 minutes past the original delivery time. You could see our food was in the car for 45 minutes! Never, ever order from this company! OH, AND NOW THEY HAVE CHARGE 2X TIPS AND WE CAN'T RECOVER THE MONEY!

Ordered food for team meeting, Everyone loved the amazing Indian food, Special Thank you to Monika helping me deciding the dishes that everyone can enjoy specially in multicultural environment where most of people were trying Indian food first time, Tandoori chicken was a hit, Vegetarian option Palak paneer and Kofta were so tasty, delivery on time, definitely recommending for take out, delivery for small events and dine in experience, Thank you Monika, Looking forward to contact you again for future events.

Decent flavours, disappointing portions. Barely any meat in sauce. Naan was dry. Although the garlic naan was good. Gulab Jamun were tiny too

We Ordered Samosa chat and chicken biryani for pickup. They made Samosa chat with only 1 Samosa in it and chicken biryani was full of oil. Huge disappointment!

Amazing food with amazing service. The best costumer service I ever received from Monica. She was extremely pleasant and lovely.

The Best and Authentic Indian food you will ever had. Must try the Chole Bhature, remind me of Delhi’s taste. The Thali was amazing too. Highly recommended 10/10

Great restaurant with an excellent buffet! We went for the lunch buffet, which was available Friday to Sunday for $27. The food was very top quality. Everything was warm and not mushy or overcooked. The service was great, friendly and they made fresh naan for us even though we stayed until closing time. There was delicious butter chicken, goat curry, veggie curry and multiple desserts. The food was tastier than many of the à la carte restaurants. Highly recommend!
