The great reviews made me go to AAMCO but the exceptional service will have me going back. Booked my appointment online and got a follow up call same day. Went to my appointment today and left knowing there is nowhere else I want to go for my car needs in the future. Unfortunately they do not do body work, considering the list of services they do offer I cannot be upset and I was able to get a recommendation on where I could go. I also have to give a big shout out to Mark who works in the office, truly amazing customer service from him. Got a warm welcome, he was attentive and patient and answered all my questions. He also made sure to explain everything on my invoice to me. Overall a great experience, thank you AAMCO!

Based on the positive reviews I read on Google, I called AAMCO about a serious issue I was having with our vehicle. Beginning with my first call to Mark, all the way to when I picked up my vehicle, I was treated with excellent customer service and had a genuine feeling that Mark, Ian and their team would quickly solve the problem with my vehicle.

The repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. When I picked up my vehicle, Mark and Ian took the time to explain the work completed on the vehicle – this was greatly appreciated.

This shop stands out with the high level of service provided by the team at AAMCO. In this day and age, it can be very difficult and stressful to identify a garage you can trust to do what is right for you and your vehicle. In my opinion, AAMCO is a shop you can trust.

This place has fast, fantastic service, with a friendly human touch from both Mark and Ian. You can tell by speaking with the two of them, that their main interest is to make sure your vehicle is working in peak performance. The pair of them are friendly, and genuine, it is a refreshing take on the mechanic persona.

They were able to work around my schedule to get my car in the shop and once the promised day arose, they were able to quickly repair the A/C in my 2017 Cruze well within the work day.

Best garage in Durham Region. I’ve been a returning customer with multiple different vehicles over the years and won’t consider going elsewhere at this point. The staff are highly respectful of your vehicle, and they ensure the issues at hand are explained as thoroughly as possible. As polite and welcoming as it gets.
A lot of their team have been with the company for years which says alot about their atmosphere. Pricing is fantastic and they stand behind their work. I have no worries handing over any of my vehicles to this garage.

The service here was exceptional! Sometimes as a woman you can feel intimated when you don’t know as much about car mechanics, but I never felt anything other than respected and welcome! They went above and beyond, even calling to let me know the condition of my wiper blades and then installing the ones I had purchased already, with a laugh and commiseration that they are actually tricky to put on! Will be going again for future needs, and would absolutely recommend!

My appointment at a dealership got canceled and having visited AAMCO once before (also a good experience) I called to see if they could fit me in. Mark was really accommodating and told me if I dropped it off they would do their best to look at it in the afternoon, despite being very busy. They had it all diagnosed and fixed before end of day!
I really appreciate that they always call before engaging in work on your vehicle and have always found the staff here very honest and friendly. They always keep you informed about when your vehicle will be ready and call with any updates before fixing problems.

Had my tires changed in March. Wound up contracting Covid and was unable to pick my car up. Mark was wonderful and kept my car until I was better and able to pick it up! Mark and the other staff are absolutely lovely, would definitely recommend. Very accomidating and they did a great job.
