Customer service is ok, but the price are way to high. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Bought our wedding attire and jewelry from this place. Great experience. Most staff were knowledgeable and we got our products on time. Promises and deals were kept when negotiating things.

Just been there and horrible customer service. Not one person greeted us, then showed us 1 lehanga and asked us to buy it. They have no other options apparently, what a joke. When we weren't happy with the service, they have the audacity to be rude. Never shopping here again!

We went to the shop today, staff are not even paying attention to Us, very slow and the staff seems to be not interested to give and introduce product, The staffs are very lazy.

Waited patiently for someone to help me view jewellery I was looking to purchase, but customer service was so bad I left before anyone could show me. Very poor customer service.

This store has a lot of potential because of the wide range in variety BUT has the worst staff I've probably ever had to deal with. No one seems like they actually care to sell anything and unfortunately barely pay attention to you. Good luck if you go here and don't speak their native language:

Too too expensive. They charged 80$ for lehanga for a 2 year old girl. This is double the price compared to other stores in Canada. Will never go to this shop again.

We get here very good collections of Indian style over here been twice good staff they respond so sweet

Helpful staff. Good selection on men tops. They will let you try on the sample clothes of same size but just be careful because the actual tops you buy might not fit you like the sample tops they provide you for trying on. Make sure to try on the actual tops you are buying.

Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Great prices when buying in bulk for things like weddings

I got both my wedding sarees at Aarathie and I am so happy! Aarathie has a wide range of selections and the sarees are high quality and look very rich. The customer service is so amazing and the lady helping us was very sweet. She took her time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. Prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful. Best place to buy plain saree blouses at great prices. Would definitely recommend this store as the one stop place to shop for clothes and jewellery.

Went here recently with my friend to buy an underskirt and the people working there didn’t really help us out. They didn’t even acknowledge that we were there and when I asked for help, they seemed like they were forced to work there. When they showed us the skirt, it smelled kind of fishy. Would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to pay extra for dry cleaning.

Aarathie’s is definitely a recommendation store if you are having a event! Even when you are searching something for a event. We got the wedding clothes and jewelry from them. And our family aswell.
Have to say everyone where very helpfull and Charles anna went out of his way to get everything done one time for us.

Of all the wedding vendors I’ve dealt with, Aarathie’s had to be my favourite. At a time when I couldn’t find the ideal Koorai Saree, Steven was hopeful in designing the perfect custom saree for me. I experienced excellent customer service and timely delivery of everything I had ordered. They also had valuable contacts of other vendors in the wedding industry – they’re literally a one stop shop for all your needs. Not to mention the quality and latest selection of their non-bridal sarees were impeccably stunning. Don’t waste your time with other shops. This family-run business is the place to be!

Bought my Koorai saree, husband's wedding kurta, Tholan's wedding kurta, dad's wedding verti, and my sister and mom's wedding outfits here. I love the quality of the items we bought - their selection is unmatched! And their prices are very reasonable and fair as well. We had my husband's and Tholan's wedding kurta customized and the process from the time we ordered to the time we received the outfits only took a month. Would highly recommend this store for your Tamil wedding outfit needs.
