Not as great as commercials suggest. I put an online request to have someone contact me as I just lost my job. He did call me very quickly (same day) however the phone call was about 30 secs long, he seemed very dismissive and probable didn't think i'd be worth it for them financially so said there wasn't anything that could be done and hung up. I guess he's great for others that make it "worthwhile" for him in the long run

Was seeking legal consult for a matter. Got a call from Mr. Waxman who bluntly said he will not represent one matter if he didnt benefit from the MVA matter as well. A firm needs to make money which is understandable, but the clear greed was evident. Will never refer nor call these guys again. He tried to be nice with a rude and firm tone, doesnt mix well.

In my opinion, He's not the friendly person in the commercial. I recently called to see if I could get help for a claim. Secretary says he will call back same day or tomorrow. Waited two days called back, secretary says he'll call back same day. Waited 4 days (including a weekend). Called back secretary said "I hope the third time is a charm. " He finally called back and said he couldn't help with my claim and just by the tone of his voice I could tell he was not happy that he had to call me.
So I went with "The Office Of The Workers Advisor" and won my case and didn't have to pay. These people are "Great"!

Mr. Waxman answered to me always in less than 24hours. He invested 5 calls worth total at least 1 hr of his time to support me/explain me what needed without charging me a penny. This individual is supposedly a 'Denied Insurance Claim' Lawyer. When speaking to him about my denied claim, after providing him with all of my information, he puts me on hold for 5-6 seconds, and then comes back on the phone and says 'Ummm I'm gonna pass on this one, thanks' and hangs up? Pretty unprofessional if you ask me, and I am quite disappointed in the treatment of this Lawyer. Save your time and call someone else who actually cares about your denied injury claim and can provide you with some actual advice and comfort in knowing that your claim can be corrected.

My experience with has been incredibly positive and this is because Mr Waxman is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working but also considerate and incredibly honest. As the website offered valuable advice on bad claim LTDs I reached out to him and he contacted me back promptly. During my initial call with him it appeared the best option for managing my case did not require an attorney. Not only was Mr Waxman was very honest about this, but he continued to offer advice, and lay out the process that lay ahead for me, even though he had nothing to gain.

Not only did this Mr Wacman prioritize my interests over business, but he providing knowledge that other attorneys had missed. His experience was also evident as he was knowledgeable about with my extremely niche field, and had was able to recall details from a previous case that helped me better understand my own.

Later upon my discovering more information that could alter the path of my case, I contacted him extremely late on Friday night and he responded within hours, even though it was a Jewish holiday, to let me know he had received my message and that he’d be contacting me Monday. This might not seem very consequential, but through this small action Mr Waxman provided me with the peace of mind that my message had been received and the issue advanced instead of me continuing to fret all weekend.

The experience of being mistreated by an insurance company can be very isolating to the point that one might begin to blame themselves for wrongdoing committed by the insurer, simply because you don’t know better and information is intentionally withheld from you. I just recently wrapped up a settlement with my insurance company. I was given excellent advice and representation from Mr. Waxman himself, aided by his Legal Assistant Ms. Rebelo.
Although I did not receive as much money in the settlement as I would have liked, this was not the fault of the legal team, but rather my particular financial situation and the fact that I could not risk going to court in a few years. This fact was also clearly laid out by Mr. Waxman, which was appreciated.
The entire process wrapped up a lot quicker than expected, and I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone needing their type of services in the future.

Aaron Waxman is the only person who did EXACTLY what he said he would do. He was very personable, takes interest in the lives of his clients. You can tell he is committed to making a wrong a right. Aaron Waxman is true Warrior, If you are in any uniformed services and been treated poorly by your employer insurance. He Should be your number 1 go to choice to fight them. He really learns about his clients, cares about them and fights hard to win against insurance companies. He is only lawyer who does exactly what he says, no double speak or running around. Insurance companies hate when his name shows up as lawyer representing you.

My partner just spoke to Zane Roth after being harassed by his employer, bullied beyond belief and has been wrongfully terminated. He barely would even listen to any details of the case and said he doesn't have a case and that he won't help him. Not helpful whatsoever. Hes union so they won't touch it. I get that. The employment side.but the human rights piece is a huge issue and its being ignored. Highly disappointed in this firm.

You can be more respectful of people time and not inviting them to your office if you don't want to take their case! Email works just fine to review and decide to take it or not! You basically looking for the easy win not looking for earning your win!
