Very polite staff. First time being to a dentist in 15 years and they were professional and explained everything they were doing to me clearly. My main concern was that I would get shamed for my oral health like my last dentist, but I had no issues. Stress free care

I hate needles… hate them, and i mentioned that at my check up/cleaning appointment and they asked if i wanted to be sedated when they do my fillings, i replied yes please. Yesterday at my appointment, they put an IV in my hand…. That hurt sooo much then they put a huge needle in the roof of my mouth for the “numbing” then they start the “sedation”, only it wasn’t the kind to put me to sleep… it was just to relax me… I was not relaxed, i was fully alert, i felt everything, not to mention the doctor was pressing his hand onto my face really hard as he was yanking out my tooth (i didn’t know they were going to take out my tooth until 5 mins before) and i told them they were hurting me but continued. One of the assistants were kind enough to hold my hand through the whole thing. Status paid $400+ for nothing… was not sedated and this was truly the worst experience of my life.

Always a wonderful experience here! Staff and hygienist are kind, dentists always have your best interest.

Didn't like the vibe here, not going back.not sure how this place is rated so high, 2 star office 2 star service.

Great place but their schedule is terrible, they have no appointments available after school. So basically you have to take a day off work to bring a child here. They also reschedule cleaning appointments all the time as well so you take the time off of work to go to your appointment and they cancel

Staff are friendly, outgoing and respectful. Everything was done efficiently and with care. I highly recommend

I have been going to Dr. Mao and Dr. Lao since I was a kid, and always had great experiences under their care. I am now bringing my children to them, and couldn't be happier with how friendly and interactive the staff are. My 2 year old loves going to the Dentist! Thank you ABA Dental!

I have an amazing hygienist at ABA Dental clinic who does such great work cleaning your teeth. She is thorough and gentle and it is a pleasure to have her work on my teeth.

Had a low emergency issue with a pulled tooth socket and while from out of province they took care of me within an hour …. Very impressed

I have had some pain in one of my teeth and talked to them and they got me in the very next day. Dr. Sharon Lau and her staff are amazing and I can't say nothing but great things about the staff and the service from ABA Dental!

Dr. Mao & Dr. Lau are not great! Over 36 years experience between the two of them. Totally would not recommend!

My experience at ABA was exactly how a dentist office should be the front desk people were very friendly and informative. When I was brought to the back my old fears of a dentist rushed in until I was sitting in the chair and my dentist walked in she explained everything to me and probably not realizing her calm and friendly attitude actually calmed me down I never felt any pain and I was relaxed. Before I knew it she was done. Hats off to ABA clinic I will recommend this dentist and clinic in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a quality place to get work done on your teeth.thanks ABA

I was in this morning for an extraction of a wisdom tooth. The experience was unbelievable. Upon arrival at the dental office, I was greeted by very friendly staff. I was offered sedation or local anesthetic and I chose the local anesthetic. The administration of the local anesthetic was painless. Dr. Mao is an excellent dentist. In a matter of seconds, literally, he extracted an upper wisdom tooth that was causing me great pain for some time.
I recommend this dental office as the staff and doctors treat you with utmost respect.

I had an appointment in September. Every time I call they r missing my insurance forms. All forms sent in person and emails. First it’s mine the don’t have now they no longer have my husbands. Very frustrating.

I have been experiencing extreme pain since my appointment 2 months ago and need to get myself fixed. I do not wish to see you any longer as a result of my poor experience with Dr Lau. Please talk to your patients I wish I knew what to expect following this procedure. The pain is unbearable after rushing me through. Thank you goodbye.

Do NOT go here. They will lie and tell you that you need work done when you have no cavities. Get a second opinion! They also wont release your dental records unless you really twist their arm. Seriously stay far far away from this place it has been a nightmare. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I saw both of the dentists, the male was rude to his staff, the female rushed through her job and when I asked about getting a mouth guard fitting simply told me I'd have to go to a surgeon, rushed out of the room and didn't make any recommendation as to how to do that.
In response to the response, I have found a great dentist. And to be fair the dental hygienist staff at ABA they were good, and I have no complaints directed at them.
