Stay away. Garbage service. Their driver blackmail you. Man hold credit card if you don’t trust your customers. Why would you driver say either pay now in cash or we not gonna drive. They don’t even care about that its someone special day.

Really disappointing experience.
We asked the company several times how to pay our bill on the day of our trip. We never got a response. When we were greeted by our driver on the day of the event, she demanded that we pay in cash and informed us that we would not be leaving until the bill was paid. I was surprised and explained we didn't have cash and had actually emailed the company several times to ask about how to pay the bill and never got a reply. I asked if an e-transfer was okay. Instead, the driver tried to convince us to go to an ATM to get cash before we went on our trip. This would have made us miss our reservation entirely. The driver seemed angry but eventually agreed to an e-transfer. It really set a bad tone for our journey.
The limo itself was in poor condition. A strap attached to the ceiling of the interior fell out when we reached for it to steady ourselves. Paneling along the outside of the limo was missing. The windshield was cracked. There was also a large interior light along the top of the interior of the limo that was constantly flickering on and off the entire time to and from our destination. At night, this was especially distracting and unpleasant.

SCAMMERS! Booked for $450 flat and ended up paying $800. No ribbon on limo, old ugly interior and the lady driver provided worst service on special day. Owner or her boss never called back or helped! Do book and save your event.
She also forced me to tip 18%. Without paying she wasn’t ready to drive. Horrible experience. Would have let her go or cancel but had no option.

They didn’t show up on my wedding day. The driver was supposed to be there at 2: 00. We called after waiting for 15 mins and the dispatcher said he’d let us know where the driver was. We didn’t hear back and after waiting 45 mins we had to take an Uber so we wouldn’t be late! Horrible, would never book them and have told everybody how unreliable they are. At least have the courtesy to call us back and tell us you weren’t coming or would be late!

Dealt with a lot of vendors in various capacities. This business however, stands out for their professionalism and care. The driver went the extra mile for my occasion and took care of everyone’s needs. From booking to tipping excellent. Thank you

Great limo service! Used them for a wine tour for me and my friends from Toronto to Niagara. Super fun experience and would definitely use them again in the future!

It was an absolutely gorgeous country and a spectacular wedding. The limo service they used was this Limo Service. I had to ask because it was done fantastically. They had a super stretch classic white limo for the bridal party (which I was in). The vehicle was luxurious and very neat. I’m definitely reaching out to them for my own bridal transport in the future. Highly recommend.
