I have been visiting Abdul Hamid Khan Bashani's law office for a couple of years and I have never had a complaint with his staff or the lawyer himself. He has welcoming and caring staff who have always been very kind. I have no hesitation to say that Barrister Bashani has the best team who is always on their toes to make it easier for clients to get their work done in the most appropriate manner. I visit him for legal advice and he always deals the matter with admirable professionalism. His services, not only for his community but also for every Canadian are appreciable. This lawyer is really snobby. I made a appointment to meet with him and discuss a real estate sale closing, and he was very rude. The attitude he had was bad, it was like he didnt care to listen about my delicate situation. This was not your ordinary closing so I needed to make sure it was handled with care and trust. Abdul-Hamid did not make me feel confident that he can do the job properly. He's just trying to make a quick buck. Don't be fooled by his cheap prices, and flyers. Find a lawyer with some class, and get it done by someone who will show respect and care towards you as a client. "You GET what you pay for. "

Purchased our house and was recommended to use Mr Khan by a co-worker for the paperwork. All the phone calls were very professional and polite and the signing was very easy and organized. I would recommend them to everyone!

They made mistakes on two deals they handled for us. Definitely do not recommend to others. We experienced several issues, the majority related to communication, hidden fees, staff, etc. Staff is not courteous in any manner. Poor customer service. They made mistakes with taxes, title insurance and even registering the title with the wrong purchase price. They are not thorough in their review of documents. Mr. Khan called his assistant “stupid” in front of us as a result of a mistake made on one of the documents we had to sign.

Without a doubt, this was the worst service experience we have ever had. We will happily pay more in the future for a different lawyer who understands professionalism and good manners.

Excellent service and very smooth transition; I dealt with some other lawyers in the past who charged me double the price but never returned even a phone call or email easily. This lawyer and particularly his assistant, Arefa, were very professional and responsive; I will strongly recommend them.

I have been going to Abdul Hamid since last 10 years. I have never had any problems with the lawyer himself or the staff. Yes i understand that he can be busy at times and hence why unable to call back all his clients, but i have never seen lack of professionalism. The staff every time i call know me and have always treated me well. Sometimes the lawyer himself waited for me extra hour as i was running late during winter storm. This to me shows how much he values his clients. I have referred all my friends and family to him since forever. None of them have ever complained about him to me. If anything they even further referred there friends to his firm. He has the BEST price and service.

Not only do i use him for real estate transactions, but i have referred people for notary service. His prices are beyond reasonable and he does them fast, instead if making clients wait for hour to notarize one document. Before Abdul Hamid i have been to so many other lawyers who made me wait for over hour and then told me to go somewhere else because all of a sudden the lawyer got more important call or tasks to complete. At least for me i know lawyer Hamid values clients time and dont make them wait for hours to get one document notorize.

No law firm is perfect but his law firm have always treated me and my referred people with nothing but respect and care.

Great legal services and amazing prices. I have been dealing with this lawyer for last 7 years for different legal services and having consultation on complex real estate and immigration matters. He was kind enough to take my closing just few days before closing and helped me get it done! Ever since then i have been referring my friends and family to go to him for their house closing because he is efficient and get the work done fast and effectively. His prices are the cheapest in the market and not overly expensive like other lawyers that i went to earlier before i found Mr. Hamid. I for sure recommend his services for any legal advice and real estate transactions.

I visited the office for the first time and had a chance to meet Mr. Khan. It was nice clean and professionally well maintained office. The Secretary respectfully greeted and requested me to wait. Mr. Khan greeted me well and had me follow him to his office. He took a look at the documents, notarized them and took very reasonable charges. As some of the reviews state, its true that you would feel Mr. Khan is a rude dude over the phone but when you will meet him personally you would realize that its completely opposite. He is very thorough in his conversation and knows what he is talking. Surely recommended for your legal needs.
