ABE ERB - Ayr Village

Great food and even better beer. The service is good to. Nice little town it's located in too.

A little chilly here.but the atmosphere is lively and open with a few elevated booths. Service was as good as one could expect for one wait staff covering the entire floor. The food was good and served hot!

Food Was good, beer was decent.
Atmosphere was good.

Only downfall was the table size. Made it difficult to have a flight and our meals.

I had the poutine burger and my wife had fish and chips.

Lol I've been here before. However on the night you stated, I was stuck at the train in Ayr, not eating at Abe Erb. It's delicious pub fare

My server has fantastic. Great conversationalist. Good music playing. Had a flight of their beers (didn't order food)

Visited abe for lunch, enjoyed their braised short rib grilled cheese. Busy place on a Saturday, great service!

Great food, good beer, fair prices, non intrusive service, nice vibe.

Ordered a Thai ginger bowl, they asked if we wanted shrimp, without mentioning it was a $7 surcharge for the shrimp.the shrimps were probably a dollar each (not many shrimp in the meal) and I was unpleasantly surprised when I went up to the bar to pay…

We wound up in Ayr after our original destination for dinner was full, and I'm not mad about it. Abe Erb in Ayr is a surprise. It's cozy, our server was amazing, and the food was delicious (the sweet potato fries were a bit too salty so 4/5 stars). And I can't not mention the beer list. They're a brewery after all. We left with a 6 pack of local cider and beer.

Menu needs an update. Wings taste like from frozen (and not good frozen). Hot sauce was watery - do not think anyone that works there has ever make sure it tastes ok (was not bad tasting, like a 6/10 heat)

We had the great good fortune of lunching at this restaurant for the first time today. We were impressed with the friendly, attentive service from the moment we walked in. Our waitress Maya was a total delight, one of the very best servers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When she noticed I had left a portion of my lunch containing an ingredient I did not like (LOL the dreaded beet!), she went to the trouble of taking it up with management and voiding the entire plate from our bill - a plate on which I'd eaten every other part of the meal and, furthermore, thoroughly enjoyed! We were astonished and overwhelmed by this level of concern. Abe Erb, you made our first visit a resounding pleasure and ensured that we will come back at the very first opportunity.

Had a great time catching up with a friend here today, food was great, drinks were great and our server Dylan was awesome! Funny, attentive and very accommodating to the little one we came in with. Over all great experience:)

Our hockey team had a wonderful experience this weekend at Abe Erb in Ayr. They accommodated our large group, handle all the orders and went above and beyond for us. Plus, the food and drinks were awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful - we will be back for sure!

I have been to Abe Erb a few times in the recent weeks and I must say the food and service is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Visited this location on Sunday afternoon with the intention of potentially booking the restaurant for a birthday party. Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Service was incredibly slow. Ordered nachos to have something to munch on while our food was being prepared as they said they were backed up. No problem except they took over an hour. They were out of literally anything I ordered. First two options were meals so I finally resorted to ordering a poutine as I thought it was a safe bet — nope, they were out of fries! How? The server offered a sweet potato substitute and then charged me $11 for them. Our bill was over $130 for three adults and a baby and there were only two actual meals ordered. Server was inattentive and uncommunicative. Oh and the beer was warm.

OK.wow.food was incredible. Beer, incredible. Service, incredible. All in all it was an amazing experience. Our waiter was witty and charming. Thank you so much for making our night out that much better.

We went there for a private event and Dylan (or maybe Dillon: spl?) was our groups server in their functions room. He was an absolute gem, on top of our drinks, giving us the options and just a bubbly personality. I love when you go to a place and the wait staff makes you feel like your long lost friends. It just adds so much to the experience. Which speaking of experience the vibe in the restaurant is so nice, rustic/chic. And the private room had all these games to keep us entertained. It was lovely. Food was PHENOMENAL and the experience was fantastic! Can't wait to go again!

Great food and a fun ambiance. Lots of beers to choose from as well and a large basement games room.

Love the food and the atmosphere. The basement is a bonus with pool and game board options. The past few times I’ve been there the basement has had this fishy smell? Not too sure what’s going on there but definitely needs to be looked into.

Very friendly server, good food and drinks, what more do you need? Will definitely go back.

The fun pub open area and party room downstairs was cozy and had pool tables and darts.
Good beer and food

Fast and efficient service. Orders were hot, and all prepared correctly. All staff were very kind, and a really nice employee stopped us at the door when we were leaving to give us more recommendations for restaurants and stuff to do as we just recently moved to the area. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I enjoy going on Sat when the live music is. The service is friendly and inviting.

Absolutely loved our meal, the atmosphere and our server. We had Caesar Salad to start (mmm fried cheese w imbedded crouton). And the Abe Burger, local beef amazing amazing. Can’t wait to go back.ps.the Spotify playlist was also on point!

Great atmosphere and good food. Service was good and friendly. Nice option of patio and inside dining. Kiwi Cherry whisky sour cocktail was delish.
