I saw some rats running in my backyard and Abell Pest Control sent the technician Charles Wikler. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He set some black boxes in the area where I saw the rats and after few follow ups I didn't see them anymore.

I highly recommend Abbel Pest Control. Ask for Alan. He is highly professional and experienced. I had carpenter ants all over our home. I called many places and had several quotes; however, his was at a good price and with 1 year warranty. Alan came on Friday to spray our home inside and outside of our home. Unfortunately it rained all day on Saturday. I thought I had wasted my money and was upset. To my surprise Alan called me and asked me if he could come by this Wednesday and respray outside of my home, at no EXTRA CHARGE! This is what I call 100% customer satisfaction! I strongly recommend Allan and Abbel Pest Control. See you tomorrow Allan!

Eva Marroush has bee servicing our downtown office for years and is always friendly, professional and thorough. Eva provides a verbal report followed by a written report at the end of each visit. Her services have provided us with very effect methods to prevent any kind of infestation around the exterior or the interior of the building. She has followed strict Covid protocol during the pandemic and we have felt safe having her in our office. I feel we've gotten to know and trust Eva over the years. I highly recommend Eva Marroush and Abell Pest Control.

I used Abell for their pest services, and not only did they not rid us of the problem after 3 treatments (They said it would only take 2.), their customer service was very poor. After the first treatment I was shocked to return to my apartment in a state of chaos, everything was upturned and because it was done aggressively, there were scratches on the wall and drywall came off. When I contacted them about this they responded by saying that is normal service but they would provide me with mattress covers (which I had already paid for and they did not refund me). Secondly, after receiving the third treatment I still had bugs and I had followed all of their precautions, keeping everything in garbage bags for 8 weeks by the end of it etc. Still had bugs! I then tried to contact them to remedy this, and I called 4 times until they finally called back with no solution. Really poor service, I would not recommend them at all. I normally wouldn't post such a harsh review, especially considering the circumstances but I received service from Addison Pest Control and it was way better than how Abell treated myself and my property.

Our technician Craig Mendoza is absolutely wonderful! Every time I email him he gets back to me promptly. He seems passionate about our mice issue and you can tell he cares about his job. Very friendly and warm, I'm glad we have him as our technician.
