Came across Aberfoyle's driving by one day, stopped in and had a part for an older cat sitting on the shelf. Called today and spoke with John in parts. Super helpful staff every time I've called, knowledgable and friendly. A little ways for me but im more than happy to select shipping to make my purchases from these guys. Hard to judge a place during Covid times. I never visited the old building. But this one is big and clean. I went for a specific purpose. A drive belt for an old arctic cat sled. They had it. $20.00 more than a dayco from Royal, just because it says Arctic cat on it. Had to wipe the dust off. But a 15 minute drive instead of a 35 minute drive to get one is worth the trip. However, $14.95 for a common sparkplug that sells for $4.25 EVERYWHERE else is a markup that I'm just not willing to pay. Friendly matriarch behind the parts desk. Will be going back. Hopefully mask free in the future.

First time coming to Aberfoyle powersport. Needed parts for my 1997 Bearcat ATV. Part person looked up my parts and now on order. Fast and friendly. My other dealerships keeps on forgetting about me and my parts (2months still waiting). We will see how Aberfoyle does.

I've bought an arctic cat ATV TRV 700, arctic cat wild cat trail 700 from these guys.

I've bought all my accessories from these guys for my ATV. I've bought all my accessories for my side by side from these guys.

I've bought all my oil change kits and spark plugs from them.

I dropped off my atv to them for service, asked them to do their "gold service" and to fix up a few other things. The lady on the phone said they were a month out for service but were getting ATV's in first since people like me were plowing with them.

I dropped it off last week and asked for any kind of eta for it.the service manager said month and a half at least.

I found another place in Exter Ontario who said they would do it while I wait. I called ahead to aberfoyle and let them know that I'll be picking up the ATV.   Since it didn't turn on they used a forklift to put it on the trailer.

When I picked it up their service manager said 

"I cant put it back on with the forklift because your on my time and you haven't paid anything".

Instead had to roll this heavy machine up the trailer through snow, slush, water, and mud.

For someone who's this loyal to your shop you really do know how to treat someone with respect.
I drive almost 2 hours to get to your place!

I purchased a used Sled privately and went to the local dealer (Aberfoyle) to get an idea on windshield options. Scott from behind the parts counter spent 30 mins with me walking the yard to show me all of the possible windshield Options. I walked away confident on my purchase of the right shield. I have since purchased too many parts because of how convenient the online order system is.

Love the old building and the history of Aberfoyle Snomobiles. Been coming here for years and they always have great prices and selection. The staff always make sure they look after me and I really appreciate that. Can't wait until their new building is completed. Great work fellas.

We had a problem with our ATV that we purchased from another dealer. We did not want to drive back to our selling dealer so we contacted Aberfoyle (our closest Arctic Cat dealer). They brought our ATV in and replaced the rear light that wasn't working. My husband and I were impressed with the quick service and having the part in stock. Dan the service manager did a great job with the whole transaction.

They always seem to have the sled parts that I'm looking for. Too many dealers don't want to carry any inventory and always have to order the part. Keep up the good work Aberfoyle and I'll keep coming back.

After having our machine sold out from under us (with a deposit down) from another dealer, Aberfoyle Snowmobiles became our hero’s! With a simple phone call we had our son’s ATV registered, tested and ready for pick-up within 5 days - just in time for our sons Grade 8 graduation and subsequent ATV trip to Majestic Trails in PA.
I cannot say enough good things about Dan, Cheryl and the rest of the staff there. Everyone was professional, polite, patient and kind. You now have repeat customers for life. Thank you all so very, very much! The grin on my sons face says it all!

That place has the best service I got my ATV their and my Snowmobile. When I had a problem the people were great. And every body there is so nice. I would definitely recommend going their.

We had an issue with our Wildcat and the staff at Aberfoyle were extremly helpful and were able to bring our machine in right away and look after it for us. Always a positive experience with this family run business. We have long appreciated the large unit and parts inventory they carry. It's great when you can shop local and get knowledgeable service.

Been buying Arctic Cat snowmobiles since 1994 at Aberfoyle Snomobiles. Great family run business. Always been treated very well.

Had my sled in for service this winter and was impressed with their knowledge on getting it repaired. I would recommend them.

My husband and I have been to numerous dealers over the years. The service we received here has been an excellent experience. We will definitely be returning again and again. Thanks guys!

Initially we had a great experience when shopping for a side by side. The owner helped us and when we expressed concern over purchasing a used vehicle, he assured us they stand behind what they sell and we were getting a completely rebuilt engine. Dont fall for that! Within a couple weeks we had to replace a battery to the tune of $275. Then the exhaust fell off from the engine mount because bolts were loose. The wheel bearings and control arm bushings had to be replaced. Then the motor died. No warnings. We only had it 5 months. We took it back to Aberfoyle who said there was no oil in the crank case. There was no oil on the shop floor so not sure where it went, if it was ever there to begin with. So we were completely on the hook for the engine because we bought it as is. So much for standing behind your product. Less than 200 miles on a new engine? I don't buy that. So, we traded that one for a newer one that was under warranty. Made arrangements in advance to pick it up. Showed up and nobody was ready. We went to pay only to find out we had to have a bank draft or pay extra 3% for using a credit card. The guy showing us the vehicle didn't know how to open the hood, didn't know how to get access to the engine, and couldn't find the extra half windshield. Nobody helped to load it on the trailer so another customer helped us. Then to top it off he went to search for the spare key and never came back. When I popped into the shop to see if he was coming, he said he can't find it so they will mail it. No thank you or anything. We have over $15000 into this vehicle and didn't even get a thank you! There are lots of dealers out there. I recommend you go to one of them.

Sometimes things get overlooked on a full service - I totally get it BUT I don't understand when you trust your dealer to give your machine a total once over and explain that your going on a Long Snowmobile Trip to find out you have No Lights - No Coolant - No Heat on Hand Grips - No heat on Throttle BEFORE you actually hit the trails and put on 1 km. Had to stop and waste a day and pay emergency repair fee's at a dealership to get fixed up keep me going. A little frustrating at best! After calling Aberfoyle (owner) to explain my concerns - I was told everything worked when they finished it! That certainly explains everything in a Nutshell!

Please be aware of workmanship issues - they certainly have the talent but are missing the process!
