Abes on Exeter

First time trying a sub here two ago and omg it was so delicious. I had the philly cheese steak sub. I found my new sub place no more subway for me.

Food is great, just happens to be in an industrial mall, so not a destination spot unless you work or need something out there.

I love that they have a sign with what their most popular choices are. First time I went, I chose one at the top of that list, it was so freaking good I had sauce all down on face and drip on my shirt and didn't care one bit! Definitely lives up to the hype everyone gives it

Honestly the best homemade subs and wraps I have ever had. Owners are so friendly, efficient and always willing to help with any options.

This was absolutely the best Pita I've had in forever, when I walked in I was greeted right away. After the greeting, I was given a min to look over the menu.

Now the food, not only were the proper food handling procedures taken but the food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, full of amazing options as stuffers.

I felt so welcomed, by both staff member today, so thank you for providing services to our community in such a wonderful way.

Horrible service not at all like when they were on Wellington and Baseline. I just wish you would of acknowledged me eg. I will be with you shortly, this would of changed my experience as well as this review. I was looking at.the menu board for along time as i had nothing else to do. Just got tired of the wait. I did not.know you had a big order to fill.

As always quick and friendly service and their subs are yummy yummy in my tummy. Would highly recommend.

The food is incredible. There are loads of different options from Subs to salads to wraps. They are very quick at making your order even when there's a big lunch time rush. Service is friendly and inviting.

The restaurant also smells amazing as soon as you walk through the door!

The only potential downside is it's in an industrial location.

My first time there. Had a delicious pita with chicken & fixings. Large portions. Ate on the patio. Definitely go again.

Not really that good of a selction but great prices if your buying but if your selling you might as well keep it

Garlic chicken kabob is an amazing sandwich. Also the Thai vhedder wrap is a great new addition to the menu. Always friendly and fast service. Thanks again!

Gourmet Subs and Wraps that melt in your mouth they are so damn good! One of those foods you never want to finish eating, you just want it to last forever. I'm salivating just thinking about placing my next order:)

Abe's on Exeter treated me well in 2020, the seasoning on their wraps is the best. However there is something to be pointed out - There are no photos or portraits of the founder Abe himself at this location which begs the question, why? Do they not appreciate the legacy he has left this restaurant over the years? Do they think we would have ever patronized this restaurant if he hadn't started it?
For someone who has done so much for South London I believe it is a slight on the great man's reputation to not honour him with a memorial at this location. I don't think it's fair to leave leas than a 5 star review for Abe's but I demand that the founder of this sub shop be given his rightful accreditation.
