Staff at the terminal are great.
Be very careful when shipping with freightera and use abf freight
Back story.
Had 3 pallets picked up, for reasons they couldn't ship out, so we canceled shipping and picked the pallets up our selves.
3 weeks it took going back and forth with the 2 companies for cash back for services no fulfilled.
Shipping to usa from canada.
Made it 12 km to terminal.
Fee: $756 00 CAD.
This is the email sent today.
Note I know it cost 150.00 to drop off and pick up since this is area rate.

Hi Dave,
You are correct, the carrier is charging $454.37 CAD for the service they have provided so far, which is picking up the shipment and then storing it at their terminal until it was picked up from there. The difference of $302.57 CAD is what they are no longer charging as the shipment was not transported all the way, which is why it can be returned to your account.
We can certainly transfer the funds to you via e-transfer instead of a credit on your shipping account with us. This will be done today.
