My experience with ABL has been nothing but seamless and amazing! I had been on so many websites including indeed and I was having no luck in finding a job. Shout out to Megan, my recruiter who helped me find a job immediately. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and still to date checks up on me to see how I’m faring. I advise anyone having a hard time finding a job that ABL is the right place to go.

Worst agency you can ever work with. I have been working with them for more than a year in cargojet, and i can tell you this is the worst agency in Hamilton with no concern about their employees. My regular ongoing shift has been cancelled many times during the one year. One time, my shift was cancelled on the way to shift less than an hour for it. They just send you text messages that your shift has been cancelled without any prior notice. When similar agency's in Hamilton will pay you 3 hours pay, at least if they cancel your shift without prior notice, these people will just tell you to "go back there is nothing we can do. " They treat you as slaves and if you question anything, they will stop giving you any shifts. They don't even bother how hard you work or how long you have been working with them. They will cancel your shifts irrespective of your dedication or hard work. There was an overall staff changeover in the ABL cargojet department recently, and I can definitely say that most of the new staff's are very rude in behaviour. Will never recommend anyone to work with this agency.

I like there stuff is nice and easy to talk and they help with work when you pass a online test etc.

Love this job, Paul and Kassie are a great management team who have cultivated a great family atmosphere here. We have each other's back. You can get plenty of hours if you're willing to work, and they have always been responsive to my inquiries. I would highly recommend coming to work here.

Been working at abl for a few years and I love it working on the boats and conveyors it’s a great job position people here are very nice it almost feels like a second family working here

I have been working with them for many years and i have never had a problem with getting work. The Staff are always respectful and very understanding. Having a job at ABL is amazing. All the staff treat you so good, Paul and kassie will help with everything you need. There is always work if you want to work there is so much different kinds of work like the boats, Conveyors, Hotmill, Airport and so much more. I would Highly recommend working for them, especially if you want to get a full-time job at any of the placements they can help with that

You can get free CSE training, Harness training and Height training which would look great on resume for the the next job. And tie up with DOFASCO also makes it even more qualified.

This is the best temp service I’ve ever worked for the staff is so friendly and understanding. If you don’t like some thing, they will not force you to do it, and they will help you on your path to success or any goals that you may have.

I worked for ABL for about 4 months and my experience was absolutely amazing.the staff, coordinators as well as people in the phone (Andrew and Katelyne) were great! My coordinator Becky made the work environment a very safe and positive one! Definitely recommend working with ABL if you’re looking for work through an agency with flexible hours:)

I’ve had a fantastic experience with ABL so far, they’ve been very accommodating and Tepperman’s has been a great place to work. The staff are really nice people.

It’s a really good place they had me at a job I absolutely loved but sometimes they don’t answer the phone at all throughout the day

I went to training week ago took time off another temp job to go. This whole week they said they have shift starting and nothing. Wasted a week of possible work when I need money. I have texted and called and they never answer phone. Called more than 5 times. I don’t know why I have to explain to them to not play games with work and lying about things.

Wednesday January 11, I walk into office to ask about their placements. Was told to come in Thursday for training for Dofasco. I go and they tell me when I get there, didn't I get message its not today it's Friday. I wasted 2 days not going to another placement because of this. They said they would start the Dofasco shifts the upcoming weeks and they only happen once a month so complete training and testing which I did out of my own time no pay.

Got no reply back, no notification, no email explaining anything about the shifts upcoming. They had over 12 people training for this placement. I am 100% sure that they called most of them and they are working at the plant as I spoke to few. I didn't get the call but was promised that. Now the problem I have, the whole weekend and week I called and emailed. Even if they say they are busy, they can reply and notify at least. This hurts now missing whole week of work one week before rent. They will not compensate anything and not even reply or apologize. The most disappointing thing is I had a placement for the week before them, but I canceled due to promise of work which was not true.

I cant believe they did this to me because they seemed so nice talking to them and going in person but the behavior I received was just terrible. THIS HURTS ALOT. THANKS.
