I liked them before, but things changed in the most vulnerable times. Sharon, one of the workers stopped communicating and I didn't hear back from her. They also called me countless times after I got my job through them. It was more of a cat and mouse game, they kept calling and leaving voicemails every single day. The reason they did this, so they can have information on my former job and how I was feeling. But with life busy, they didn't bother to give me any break. Another one of my coworkers was also recruited by the same agency. They didn't bother her but she did notice that I was receiving an odd amount of voicemails from this recruiter.

Had my first job experience here in Canada because of them, Natisha thank you so much for explaining tiny details and helping me out to figure how things work here.

It is one of the best employment agency I've worked with in past six months after arriving to Canada. The staff I interacted with i.e. Rose, Hayley, Natisha, and Petra are the most humble and caring guys and the way they treat everyone is the main reason for me to be hooked to this agency. Ive never had problems with woodstock or london locations but this location is the worse i called to sign up and even emailed them my resume they never got back to me

I called to register. The process was processing will until one rude lady ask me are u fully vaccinated eventhough I am in the process of doing so.

She automatically denied me registration what nonsense is it a crime not to be fully vaccinated.

These type of ppl need to be fired, get better customer service skills. That in terms of their TONE. RUDE

Just had a online line meeting with Petra. It was an interview but also a get-ta-know you. Petra was very easy to talk with and allowed me time to explain what my career expectations and goals are.
I was totally impressed with her professionalism and attention.
Since my availability is not immediate, she scheduled me in on the date that i had requested.
So far I find that it is a professionally run company and highly recommend them.
