This agency are associated with scammers. When I call to verify a VIN# for a Transportation companies coverage they immediately hangup after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes.

Highly not recommended, quote will be less but when you move with them quote will be more than what you are paying with other company. Not trustworthy.

Worst decision of my life was when I had to deal with Able Insurance, in particular with Sanjay Bawa.
Started with him giving me a quote for a car insurance that was 320 CAD per month, for a car that is gonna do 4000 kilometers per year.
Send him a cancelation request on the 22nd of November via email.
It appears that he didn't process it properly, now Aviva had withdraw the money from my account. Been fighting with Aviva from the 31st of November to get the money back.
Stay away from this brokerage and save your self time, money and aggravation

Got my auto insurance from Mr. Anil Sud. Very professional, took his time to carefully explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of insurance.

After 3 years of facility insurance on my dump truck the 1st year I was playing 21500 premium the 2nd year went down to 15500 and then 3rd year finally went down to 13000 This year going on to regular insurence nothing wrong with my abstract everything clear CVR level 2 everything good they quote me at 15000! Higher then my falcilty 1st the broker was like 30000$ they really hire anyone at this company some son or daughter of the company can barely speak clearly

Worse insurance broker, I have being contacting this company and sent all.info to cancel my insurances, THE AGENT NAME NURDIS ROJAS HAVE BEING GIVING ME A HARD TIME TO CANCEL MY POLICY. I EVEN HAVE TO STOP THE PAYMENT IN ORDER TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. Avoid dealing with this broker is the worse experience I ever had. And I have proof of all the emails I sent this lady.

Ramanjit is a very bad business man.

He does anything to rip you off.
I paid him $4k down payment for my truck insurance. His deductible was ridiculously high so my lender didn’t accept his insurance and the truck has never been on road. He made a $1200 cut off my down payment after 3 months, where I didn’t even use his services. He is trying to refund me $2800.

Very very careful. Their insurance brokers are always changing and ghosting you and then you are just at their mercy to find some to deal with your problems. They are rude, and they seem not to care. I am trying to cancel my insurance and this person name Gori Flora is just so rude and timid. No skills. No hi no hello and just waits for you to say something and replies with the minimal response and an annoyed attitude. I feel like I am providing customer service to her and not to annoy her just so that she doesn't screw me over with the cancellation process.

Not far ago i left a review about the broker mostly for one of their sales person who is Marisol Santiesteban and she asked me to erase it in order to be able to help me with my insurance stuff, but i don't think that is fair for me and new customers who are looking for an insurance because it was just my opinion and she shouldn't denied me the service because of my opinion so here we go.my service with her was aweful, she never helps, she never listen to you if you call for whatever your needs are, and if you want to cancel she menaces you saying that you can't cancell because you signed a contract but she does not even give any solution so my service with her has been the worst ever i don't recomend at all for any reason.i did try to update my license on my insurance and sent her around 10 emails asking to update it to check if i could reach any discount on my policy, and all that took me around 10 emails to didn't have any answer at the end when she finally got what i was trying to say.so i am pretty sure that there are many more brokers better than that, thnks.

Worst Service Ever by the Broker called Dal, Beware of them! They tell you something and then they end up charging you more money, when I told him about the promise, he flipped and started talk to me in a very rude tone. Please beware if these greedy thieves.

I have been dealing with Marisol for 2years now. The first year service was great but during the second year when I faced an issue with my insurance company Marisol just turned her back towards me stating she could not help me as she has Already done her job. She even stopped answering my phone calls. N now that I needed a quote for my renewal she again decided not to answer my phone calls. My insurance has gone up without any renewal n I don’t know the reason bcoz the insurance company wants me to contact the broker and the broker Marisol has decided not to respond to me. So I don’t know what to do in this situation, all bcoz of the poor service by the insurance agent MArisol. I would never refer anyone to her and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD AGENT. She will seem very nice in the beginning and once u sign up you hav landed yourself in trouble with no assistance from the agent

Wrote my policy with Marisol Santiesteban recently and she was awesome. Was referred to her from a friend. Left a message for a quote, she got back to me quickly, took all my information, gave me a great price and completed the paperwork very efficiently. She is very detail oriented and explained things so I could understand. I would highly recommend her and she speaks Spanish also for all my other Spanish friends.

Horrible about getting commercial insurance certs out in a timely matter. There's no urgency, no one who understands in trucking, a cert often needs to be done within 10 mins or less the majority of the time. They don't get that. Their cert person doesn't come in until 10: 30am, and no one else in the company will help.

Mr. Barjinder Bansal, helps me a lot in getting my insurance, my driving record was so bad but he manage to get me auto insurance at cheaper rates, he will assist you as your brother and will help you as much as he can, he is a professional and polite. I am with Able insurance Brokers ltd because of the good service and advice that I receive from Mai every time I call. I had got many others agents before Mai, but most of them couldn't understand me before running short to business.
