Dr. Amit was terrific - I had struggled with a longstanding issue with my feet and wish I had connected with the clinic sooner. I have had amazing results with the treatment plan and the consistent and supportive follow up they have provided. Can't say enough about the quality of care.

I really had a great experience with Dr. Nathee who immediately made me feel comfortable even though I am very anxious. He explained to me in details the surgical procedure on my big toe and, after he finished, he told me what I should do at home.
He is very professional, competent and kind. I was pleasantly impressed.
A special mention also goes to Anup, Chiropody Assistant, who welcomed me and my wife in a very good way, he is so polite and kind. We have scheduled two more appointments to check that the recovery is progressing well. This Clinic provide a very high quality service and I was very lucky to have found it.

I came in a few years ago with foot concerns and I had such an amazing experience I brought my elderly grandmother for a full examination. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile from the reception team, everything from appointments, calls, reminders etc.is very well organized. The facility is also very clean and organized. Bella is very friendly, patient, kind and extremely thorough. She took the time to do a full examination, explain absolutely everything to my grandmother and provided insight, recommendations for foot care and exercises to help with strengthening etc. My grandmother was extremely happy with her appointment and will not stop talking about it to everyone! I started going to Academy Foot Clinic and Orthotics in the fall of 2022 and I have seen and felt improvement in my feet. To start, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, I always feel welcomed when I enter the clinic. I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, and I will continue coming for several more because they truly are the "bomb. " The team is extremely organized, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When I had to reschedule an appointment, they did it without flinching and quite efficiently. You get a text message to remind you of an upcoming appointment: How convenient is that? ! They offer you a beverage - and even muffins! - during your treatment. Oh, and if you want to lighten up your day with a few laughs, Anna is your girl. Who knew that a chiropodist appointment could be so fun? This place is truly as good as everyone says it is. I had a bad experience at another toe clinic and came here seeking help. Dr. Alex was straight forward, honest and patient - he worked with me, taking my opinion and feelings into account and saved me from 6 months of ongoing pain. 5/5!

Went a little while ago after my friend raved about this place. Reception was very nice and the women who showed me upstairs, forgot her name but she had white short hair and was tall but was so lovely to talk to but once I got upstairs I was greeted by a girl who was assisting and was kind of rude, she had to weigh me and then got upset when we went back into the room when I had stuff in my pockets but I didn't think to take it out then when I asked why she was taking photos of my feet she said "for orthotics no worries" and rolled her eyes.other than that they did amazing and did amazing on my feet.

Usually only trust Shannon with my super gross heels and nails but today Amit took amazing care of my feet. He was nonjudgmental despite how bad they had gotten and was very warm, supportive and gentle. When he was finished they were like brand new feet- definitely not ones I recognised! Dr. Amit is the best in the business- I had an ingrown toenail surgery last night and Amit made me feel so at ease. I was expecting a lot more grotesque procedure, but it was quick and painless. Thank you, Dr. Amit!

I drove from Niagara Falls to have a Chiropodist look at my sore feet. A complete analysis and recommendations were made for me. The orthotics were designed based on this analysis and using a software app to scan my feet digitally. The resulting orthotic was excellent. When I need replacement orthotics in the future, I will definitely return. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I was shocked to see a clinic with 5 star reviews. But after visiting the place, I can gladly say it lived up to the hype. They are really professional. Clean space, and they really treat you without trying to make money. I wasn't asked to come for a follow up as I did not require it. And they gave me goodies while I left, which I though was a nice touch. Keep it up.

The customer service is okay but the person who I worked with is not. They did bad surgery for my right toe ingrown and they only offered 2 days to go back to work! I went to work and I couldn’t do the job because my toe was still wet and I couldn’t use the safety shoes. I lost 3 days of my pay. Not happy at all!

I get why this place has such amazing reviews now. The service was friendly, fast, professional. Sibella was great and hilarious and made the entire experience so easy. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, information and results of my orthotics from Bella at Academy Foot Clinic. She gave me excellent insight into the dimensions of my foot dynamics and limitations that had caused pain and discomfort for a long time. I have worn orthotics for 40 years from other providers but this was the best session for analysis and input. Bella listened well to my questions and also gave me insight into simple steps that I could take myself to improve the health and function of my feet - which have also helped my knees. The orthotics have have made walking a pain-free pleasure again. An excellent experience.

The Academy is polite and professional. I wish the waiting room wasn't so cramped for covid protocol. I told receptionist I would wait outside. I was called in after my scheduled appointment time, but then the person treating me told me I was late. I needed to clarify.
Bella is fantastic and the follow-up by Michael was thorough and I felt listened to.

I take my father to many appointments and Dr's offices and almost everyone's initial reaction is to ignore my father and speak to me as if he isn't even there. No one at Academy Foot Clinic did this.

It is true my father is very hard of hearing and his memory fails him a lot, but that does not preclude him from being spoken to and treated like an adult. Everyone at the clinic gave him respect and their full attention. It was a very welcome break from the norm.

Not to mention the service we received was professional and friendly. Bella was very pleasant and got the job done!

I had the pleasure of visiting this clinic recently!

I have been dealing with feet and knee pain over the last few years and, having turned 30, I figured it is now the appropriate time to sort out any health issues that might worsen if I do not address it.

The podiatrist that I saw was Diane and she was pleasant as ever! She took the time to explain how being flat footed is contributing to the pains I am experiencing, especially when performing exercises such as squatting. And while I knew being flat footed was an issue, Diane really went into detail on why having foot arches are so important in complete body alignment. As far as service goes, the clinic has far exceeded my expectations and even provided additional education that I was not privy to prior.

Even more, on Diane - as I mentioned, I thought she was absolutely pleasant! She was very bubbly and addressed pretty much all the concerns I had. For those who have no prior knowledge on foot health and body alignment issues, I do recommend you see Diane as she breaks it down in a palatable way that makes sense. Overall, she's a charming young woman!

Lastly, while I have not interacted much with the other staff (I am sure they're all lovely) I did exchange some words with Anne who is quite funny! I haven't had any custom orthotics made since I was about 14-15 so I was expecting a very mechanical experience (make an appointment, get a cast made, get out), however, Anne made the whole experience seem very memorable and gave me a nice chuckle every time we spoke. Good service, and good people!

I had a great experience ordering orthotics from Academy Foot Clinic. Alex was very thorough in his assessment. He gave me some stretches to help with tightness and recommend some great shoes to go along with the orthotics. The orthotics arrived quickly and Alex made sure all my questions were answered. The staff and service here are excellent. I had Nathee who was very observant and clearly well experienced in his practice. Explained what was going on, why it was happening, what he could do about it and what to do in the future to prevent it from reoccurring very eloquently. Answered every question I had. All procedures I had went very smoothly and the follow-up (from him and the clinic) was very helpful and reassuring.

The receptionists are all very nice and welcoming. The other staff are also very welcoming, helpful and funny! (Vincent's banter is great). Also the pens here write nicely.

I highly recommend this clinic if you need any of the services they provide.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a clinic in Toronto and felt so taken care of.

I called the clinic on a whim asking for a rushed order for orthotics, and an appointment. I have never been to this clinic before, and the accommodated me for an appointment immediately.

The clinic is nicely situated on Danforth x broad view, and was very easy to find from the broad view subway station.

Once I arrived I went through their check-in process and was greeted very cheerfully by a variety of members. They were all so sweet and loving!

My podiatrist, Dr. Alex, was very welcoming and didn’t push sales on me. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and provided me with in-depth analysis of what was going on. He leveled with me. He gave me real world advice on how to pick shoes, and gave me recommendations for brands.

I ordered custom Orthotics, and will get them rushed/expedited.

I would highly recommend this clinic and definitely Dr Alex (he is very charming too!).

Had an excellent experience. The service was extremely professional, efficient and very friendly. They were client centred and I really appreciated their commitment and expertise.

Initially, I booked my first appointment with this clinic accidentally - but I went anyway, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I've been struggling with some pretty stubborn warts since July with a clinic in another city, and when I moved to Toronto in September I knew I had to find a new chiropodist. Alex at the Academy Foot Clinic was excellent and efficient, and never cut corners during the treatments; after only a few appointments I'm happy to say I'm now wart-free!

A phenomenal experience. All of the staff were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I was with Diane and she was so great. My appointment ran on time and was efficient, but I never felt rushed. 10/10 would recommend to friends, family and loved ones.

I was dealing with a significantly infected ingrown toenail and need attention immediately. Right from the get go, the staff at Academy Foot and Orthotics, was both courteous and extremely supportive and professional. I was referred to the Academy Foot Clinic because of pain in both my feet. From the first visit they were super friendly and it genuinely seemed like they wanted to help my feet recover. Since I am a foreigner, there were many times when I couldn't articulate what I wanted to say but they were extremely patient with my broken English. If you are a foreigner like me, I'm sure there have been moments when you felt frustrated about not being able to communicate clearly. I am happy that my feet are mostly healed but feel sad that I don't see them anymore. I was having a severe problem in my foot looks like something foreign particle was pierced in my heel deeply. I visits many clinics regarding that but none of them were able to resolve my problem. However, this clinic is superlative as the Dr. Amit diagnosed this problem clearly and cured it with extra care and preciously. Moreover, he was smart enough to resolved my problem of another foot of heel support. Also, the cashier Katty were warm welcoming and Michael was super friendly and ambitious. It is the best clinic of foot-care in ontario.

At my recent foot care visit at the Academy Foot Clinic I was again impressed by the service of the staff and in particular by a young man named Chris. He was very polite, professional and with an excellent attitude to begin his day (I was the first morning appointment). It is always great to be around staff that take the time to do their job properly and with care. Again, very happy to have chosen Academy for my footcare.

Dr Nathee took care of my painful ingrown toenail that I had been dealing with for almost 2 years. I found the procedure to be pain free, the local anesthetic was uncomfortable but otherwise the entire procedure including the recovery painless.

Dr. Shannon Hardy did an amazing job fixing my infected ingrown toe nails. She is friendly and professional and caring. She took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and not in pain during my procedures, as she could see I was scared.
Dr. Hardy made sure after the procedure I was healing and following her aftercare instructions by checking in on me.
The staff are friendly and have excellent customer service. I was offered beverages everytime I was at my appointments which made me feel welcomed and more relaxed about my toe surgery I was having.

I read about Academy Foot Clinic on Rate YourMD. This is and feels like a family run business in that they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. They are professional and very knowledgeable.

I had an issue with ingrown toe nails that had become infected. I met with Shannon. She took me through the reasons I have them.

For a few months we worked on trying to straighten them out and get infection under control. I also ordered orthotics to help with my pronation which was making matters worse. Love my new orthotics!

I resisted the solution of nail removal as I am very squeamish, but eventually It was clear the alternative was not doing the job.

Shannon recommended a partial nail removal so I could recover enough to finish the golf season. And then we will reassess after that.

But within one week, my nails felt normal again. I wish I had done the procedure when she first recommended it.

She was extremely patient and supportive with my anxiety about the procedure. She knows what she is doing and is extremely friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend Shannon!

Very well-organized and friendly clinic, with nice treatment rooms. There's limited parking for clients behind the center, but best for small cars since its a narrow alley. Excellent service! Took my dad to have his foot looked at, and he was treated by Diane. I cannot say enough about how professional she was. She cleaned and treated the area with the utmost care. My Dad was super happy with the results. This is my first time attending and seeing this type of foot care, and was thoroughly impressed with the overall service. I came here to help my fix some pain I was having in the bottoms of my feet along with my toes and nail beds. Dr. Sibella Noronha is absolutely incredible. She got my feet to the most pain free they have ever been. Would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with any issues with their feet. She is also very easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable in a situation that can be rather uncomfortable. All of the staff here are great, very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable.

I came in with persistent plantars warts and had Nathee as my Chiropodist. Through multiple sessions, inclusive of a minor (painless) procedure, I was successful cleared of all signs of them going forward.

Patient care was exceptional and I would highly recommend this clinic, specifically to book with Nathee. He's well-informed on the latest treatments, applies current research, and follows your progress safely and carefully.

Took my dad here recently and to say that everyone that works here is amazing is an understatement. The staff was welcoming from the beginning, to the assessment, to meeting Bella. Bella was wonderful! She always made my dad laugh, and made him feel comfortable. My dad was apprehensive about coming at first as he had developed severe corns from working 30+ years on his feet, and after our last session, he even said he wanted to come back in the next 3-4 months for a follow-up. That says a lot about Academy Foot and Orthotic Clinics, especially Bella! I would give a million stars if I could to them!

I highly recommend Diane Vitorino, D. Ch at the Academy Clinics for anyone who has foot problems. Diane quickly treated a painful wart (after I went to my family doctor who made it worse) and fit me with a great new pair of orthotics. Diane is also great with kids. She made my son feel at ease and removed a wart on his foot with one treatment. I will recommend Diane to all my friends and family.

Recently, my son experienced a surgical intervention to his toe. I discovered Academy Foot Clinic and Dr. Nicole Tam. A 6 month problem that created a very big emotional disturbance in our family, was finally cleared. I am waiting outside the operating room and I hear laughs, good mood, conversation is flowing happily between Dr. Tam and my son, a very calm and quite amazing atmosphere. Everything is done. Dr. Tam invited me in the office. Very calm, smiling and engaging she explained the procedure to me and my son. I am looking at the surgery (I am a MD myself, with very high standards and a loving mother) and I realized how lucky my son was, being Dr Tam’s patient. The surgery procedure was done perfectly. Beside the expertise, the dr’s golden hands and a high professional and empathetic involvement, all the words cannot cover what we really felt and still feel about the entire experience. Above and beyond. No pain involved in the process, no sides effects, no subsequent infections, clean and precise, a state of art. Great care, detailed instructions.
