Came in to check out a room listed for 3G a month.and it had a dead mouse in the first room. They didnt even bother to move it. Mold on the bathroom walls. Holes in the wall.and the.smell.

If youre thinking of renting on this place, you better think twice or more.
Every week elevator is broken (imagine 20+ floors building with 1 elevator working and max capacity of 2 people bacause of pandemic)
Every week theres a hot or cold water shutdown
If you love roaches and bugs this is the place for you
Theres a lot them on hallways and vents
They cant even fix lights on your room (you gotta wait for 2 months or more)

Firstly, whenever I go there to visit a friend, the visitor parkings are always occupied. You can find a spot in Downtown condos but not in Academy Place. Secondly, make sure that your car license plate isn’t stolen.

This place is INFESTED with roaches. Saw them continuously even weeks after apartment was sprayed. Management didn't care and was very rude and neglectful. Don't washed waste your time or money

Absolutely miserable building, filled with pests and managed by incompetent people who don’t care at all about your issues. Expect to never get your problems solved, only lazy people deferring their job on to others in an infinite loop. Live ANYWHERE but here.

I have been trying to get a hold of this place for the past month, noone from management returns your calls. Instead you are left with the option of leaving a message at which time tells you theres a waitlist.
Ive tried to email multiple times. NO RESPONSE!
Ive called literally 10+ times. NO RESPONSE!
How can i join the waitlist when management doesnt even return calls.
After reading the reviews and knowing someone living in the building currently i dont hear many good things about this management team. They need to go. If there was somewhere i could go to complain about them i would do it immidiately.

Honest opinion from some one who has lived here for 1+ year. Don't move here.
The building is infested with roaches.
You can see them everywhere. In laundry, lobby, hallways and walls.
Management is nice until you move in.
Once you are in they don't care about the tenants. I prefer to sleep in my car but not deal with roaches on my bed at night.reporting to management is not an option because all you get is bad attitude.
Cooking is almost impossible. Worst time of my life.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
Standard for living is zero at this building.
I am here for 6 months and I am looking to move as soon as posible.

This building is broken.doors and windows are broken and cold air come inside.we have to sleep with winter jacket.people in office are broken also.they are closed to all type of request.living is disaster here.
