The whole staff here is wonderful. They are all super welcoming and friendly. Siham, who does my laser and electrolysis treatments, is so kind and so good at what she does. I can tell she puts a lot of attention into her work, and I always feel like she does her best to give me the best quality service and treatments. I 100% recommend this place:)

I am sharing this review for anybody who’s considering buying laser packages at this place. I bought my package for 10 sessions in December 2021. I had to postpone starting to sessions due to Covid and finally managed to rebook them. For my first appointment unfortunately I was sick and I had to cancel. I called and no one picked up and I left a message explaining that I did not want to make anybody else sick and could not come in. I received a phone call from a very rude employee who tried to charge me for missing that session. I called the manager explained the circumstances and she said it was ok and I would not be charged, so I decided to give them a second chance. I came in for my second appointment which was at their new address. I called to get directions but no one picked up again. I got to the parking lot and their sign was not up so I could not find them. I started to worry if I miss my appointment again they are going to call me with the same rude tone trying to ask me to pay a penalty for missing the session.when I got there the first thing I said was why don’t you pick up your phone? The owner of the place was extremely abrupt and said to me that’s because I am with another client! She then made me wait another 10 minutes while she continued to speak to the client even though my appointment was at 3 o’clock and it was already 320. After the client left she started to tell me how she will not tolerate me speaking to her in a rude tone when all along it is her and her staff that were extremely unprofessional and rude to me. Since things were not working out I asked to be provided a refund because we could not obviously work together. The manager said that they would not be able to provide me a refund because they have to ask their bookkeeper to do it even though it is a simple matter of refunding me on my credit card. I provided them my business card and asked that my refund be done immediately by the end of the day. She asked me to leave and started to yell at me. There was no one else there at the time, which made me very uncomfortable and I left immediately left not to be harassed further. I had every intention of being serviced by them otherwise I would not have come after the way I was treated the first time. I’m leaving this review just so you have a feel for the kind of place and people You are going to deal with. It’s perfectly fine that this place may not be able to afford to have a receptionist at all time. It’s understandable during Covid for a small business. However, that would mean that they would be considerate enough to give you more care and instructions for the first time you’re coming there to a new address, for example to mention that their sign is not up yet but they are on the second floor at the F2 unit. The person who emailed me for my appointment did not mention any of that. Rather than acknowledging this shortcoming the manager raised her voice, and Make me afraid by being extremely aggressive. Quite frankly it was unacceptable and shocking. And I absolutely do not recommend them!

I love Accent Image and Laser, I have had several treatments done by the incredible staff at Accent from Hydrafacials to laser treatments. I have always had exceptional service from the ladies at the front desk booking appointments to the aesthetician performing the services.

Overall, amazing experience from start to finish for my first experience with Accent Image. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and trusting in them. Melanie took the time to explain everything and continuously checked in to make sure I was feeling comfortable. This is the best Hydrafacial I have had and will definitely be back for future services. Sara’s professionalism and customer service has been wonderful. Great service and super convenient location for me. The staff are great, especially the girl who did my services, Madison. She's so friendly and personable yet professional! She has been doing my laser hair removal for several months so we've gotten to bond whenever I go in which is so nice!
Even during COVID, I feel super safe coming here with the protocols Accent has taken, such as only letting clients into the building when it's their service time, all the extra cleaning they do, they even check your temperature. Highly recommend

Unprofessional, lack on communication, I didn't see the results I wanted, I followed their advice and saw nothing and the part I was targeting actually because worse.

I asked for accommodations due to COVID and the owner of the store refused multiple times.

Great Experience at Accent Image and Laser Center today! I had my appointment, and needless to say I was a bit reluctant to receive my treatment during this time. But the very friendly and professional management and staff made the visit perfect and extremely safe from walking in the door until leaving. All the safety procedures were shared in advance, I texted upon arrival and I received a call from the staff with screening questions even before entering the building, and I was asked to wear my mask and put my essential items in a bag. My temperature was taken upon arrival, and I was escorted to the treatment room, where everything was in packages and taken out for the treatment only, and leaving the premises was very smooth and safe as well. Everyone was smiling behind the masks (you can tell from the eyes) and practicing a very high level of safety practices. I felt very safe and relaxed.
I highly recommend this place.

The staff has always been very welcoming at Accent. I have been coming to this location for many years (at least 5 or 6) and though there were times that I was nervous about entering, I quickly learned feeling that way was entirely unnecessary. They are so kind and helpful with absolutely no judgement that I can see. The facility is very clean and comfortable and every staff member greets the customers happily, so kudos to Sara and Gary for enabling what seems to be a great working environment. Also some of the new treatments they have available are cutting edge technology and I just started one. My Medical Esthetician Melanie is very professional yet warm and friendly and rightfully can take pride in the excellent work she has done for me. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied with her work and I could not be more satisfied. I do highly recommend her and this business to everyone I meet. Do yourself a favor and go see them.

Came across Accent & Image Laser via groupon after I had a horrible groupon experience with another laser center. Gary and his daughter Sara who are the owners of this business welcomed me. All their staff are friendly and educated. I had originally purchased an IPL groupon which after conversations with Gary, Sara and Gabby (awesome esthetician), I decided to upgrade to diode laser treatments. WORTH IT! I just went for my 4th treatment today (with siham, also great) and am excited for more progress. My treatment area is my underarms, which I would have to shave daily during the summer as my hair grows fast and I would have stubble the next day. After my first treatment I had gone to Mexico and only shaved once, my hair came back finer and spotty and not till a few days later (shocked). Over the course of my next 2 treatments, I had shaved only another 2-3x as my hair would fall out and I would only have maybe 4-5 strands of fine hair that I could visibly see. My underarm area also had hyperpigmentation but has now gone away and is now lighter (Asian/Pacific Islander background).

All in all, would highly recommend Accent Image & Laser Center and to get diode laser treatments. Thanks to Sara, Gary and their team!

Lots of shady places in the city that offer laser but you don’t know the type of machine they are using or training of staff. Accent is a very professional safe place. The new machine is fantastic; it removes hair almost permanently; probably the best machine on the market and I have tried most of them. All of esthetician's are good but my favourite is Gabby

Love this place and the employees. Clean, professional, and they take the time to explain the machines and realistic results. I’m not even halfway through laser hair removal treatments and am already seeing a huge difference! The Hydrafacial is life changing too if you’ve got dry skin like me.

The team are very friendly, professional and respectful of the clients time and needs. My husband and I have noticed some improvement but I don't yet know what my final results will be as I've just had my last Venus Freeze treatment. I'll update in a few months.

I have been going here for almost a year, the technician, Siham, has been doing my treatment. She is amazing at what she does and I'm happy with the results. My sister also goes to her and she is also happy with her treatment.

I came to Accent Image & Laser Center for laser hair removal and my life will never be the same:) The result is incredible even though my hair is very light and my skin is not. I tried waxing and sugaring before, but nothing has as great result as laser. I don't need to spend so much time straggling my hair anymore and I think this was the best investment ever:) Also, the stuff is super friendly and affectionate, I think I will come back for other treats just to have an excuse to see these people again:)

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The consultation was very thorough and all my questions were answered. The appointments are fast and the work is done well. This is not my first time having laser, but the results after the first couple treatments with Accent Image and Laser is astonishing!

As a black women, it was extremely hard to find a hair removal place that would take me in because most laser center only accepted whites females because the laser would burn my skin type, it was a very taboo subject back in the day but at The Accent Image & Laser Center it’s for every skin type. Not only that they have excellent customer service, they are passionate about helping people with their skin and also very patient. When walking into the clinic there is a warmth and welcoming vibe from the staff. Your services are provided in a professional manner, with an undertone of friendship. They honestly walk you through the process as if they are one of your best friends and it’s great they make you feel comfortable and it’s a very affordable price. I’m at my second session and I can already see results. 100% would recommend!
