Disappointment with the agency. Went there with a lot of hope but unfortunately career counsellor Srishti never responded back infact she claimed you will get emails and informational messages every Friday and we will rectify your resumes. I am really sorry you guys are just using government funds for nothing. People are looking for jobs and irresponsible people are getting jobs. What a contradiction!

The guy named Shah seems a nice guy there. He registered me with Stiffany Mason, one of the employment counceller, regarding second career. He told me to expect a call from her within 2 days. After 2 weeks no reply so went back to book another appointment with a different employement counceller still no reply. Tried calling/Emailing/voice mailing them several times but still no answer. Waste of people's time.

As a new immigrant, I used ACCES employment services recently, and attended ACCES digital marketing connections programs and I must say I am more than happy with their services. The program was so informative and well structured and the staff are super supportive and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them for employment services.

Worst employment councilors I have ever talked to. Did not care one bit to try and help me find a job. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

It could be run better. I understand thr is an importance of printing 10 pages per person, and I get the logic, however, if u r struggling, those 10-10 pages could end up costing a lot, so please be respectful and don't yell at public for printing more than 10 pages

Got useful information on finding employment in Brampton. Best part was the job openings listed on notice board. The staff was supportive in all aspects. No wifi. Can use your laptop with your personal hotspot. There are several seminars conducted every week. Check the reception for schedule. You can ask for help on getting registration for any of those seminars. Best information source for new comers to Canada.

I'm impressed with the way people treat you here, they are all very polite and take their work very seriously, the bridging programs are one of a kind and have a lot of value in the job market, if you are a new comer to Toronto then registering with them is probably the first thing you need to do, they help you out with all that new comers need

This is the worst place with the rudest service agents to look for guidance.
Had worst experience dealing with "Harpreet".

I recently attended a seminar for the Ontario provincial Second Career option for help with funding for changing careers.

I called several weeks in advance to find out a bit more. The receptionist was polite and helpful, providing the information I needed. I also looked up information on their website which was also up to date and easy to follow.

On the day of the seminar, I arrived early. The place was easy to find with lots of parking. Arriving at reception, I had to fill out an online visitors form, which was straightforward and easy. It was followed up by a more detailed form for the Second Career choice. I spoke with an agent briefly after to discuss my form. This was my only issue, where I would have preferred the conversation to be in a bit more of a private setting, away from the main seating area where anyone with good hearing could listen in. It was not a huge problem however, just a personal preference.

While waiting in the seating area, I was impressed with their library selection of books and magazines that could help anyone with looking for employment. There were lots of computers available for use. The actual atmosphere of the place was encouraging and folks appeared approachable, something I believe would help alleviate the sensitive matter of looking for help to find a job.

The seminar started on time. The conference room was comfortable and the presentation very decent and the facilitator, Preet, was knowledgeable and gave some real life example scenarios to help with the slide. Questions were answered in a professional manner.

In all, my experience here was a positive one.

I wwalked into the unemployment center and the energy seemed very negative. I than proceeded upstairs after being told by the workers downstairs to go see my caseworker.

When I went upstairs I seen two workers so I told them Im here to see my case worker. They quickly told me "ITS NOT THEIR DUTY! THEY JUST GIVE OUT CHEQUES AND THEY WILL NOT NOTIFY MY CASEWORKER AND THAT I SHOULD KNOW THAT"

She then gave me a death stare and said this rudely. When I sat down someone else came out to offer me help but really she told me "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, YOUR HARRASSING MY RECEPTIONIST. " I said all i did was ask if my caseworker was notified.

I come from a customer service background and we believe you should never say no to the customer. That's why the people that work there are getting minimum wage and broke! Because they dont know what proper service is and if they were my employees I WOULD FIRE ALL OF THEM!
