They don't understand the seriousness of job seeker. Helping to get a job is one thing, but they are poor in communication as well. They don't stick to their said timelines. Following up for a new job related assistance since last 2 months but with numerous calls and emails but of no use. They changed my counselor (she left Acess) and didn't inform me, hence was not able to connect with them when i needed them most (still I managed to get the job). Their manager then apologized and committed a few things to me, but yet to fulfill those. I also wrote an official mail dissatisfaction mail 3 days ago and they don't even bother to reply to the mail.

I am newcomer, but they never help me, never response. I found job by my self after 5 months.

I ask for the job application in my electrical field and writting about the resume according to the canadian standards. The lady on reception didn't answer properly she was very rude and just speaking u have ro register first i m living in kitchener and how can i travel to mississauga on this pandemic situation.totally waste of time the lady was very rude and not listening to what i am saying i had called in mississauga office

Shannon marsh could be fired for forging client's feedback. They claimed to be a charity, expect others to be generous with them, but very cheap with clients. Same as WE org. Excessive administrative costs and ineffiently delivered services. They take your SIN and bill government to cover their salary. High fee, low quality service.

A great place to learn about canadian work place, They helped me to get a job in my field (civil engineer).

Nice place feel good in class but it is just a waste of time to do a sales and marketing course here. It did not work for my Group at all. For finding a job you do not need sales and Marketing course. You can get one without that too.

I don't recommended to deal with them especially Bridging program they are so tough and they should be supportive to newcomers, but I saw they put obstacles in our way they even don't allowed me to attend the session because I arrived 10 minutes after session began and I came from very far way, beside the in charge of the program invented any excuses to prevent me attending the session she was very rude with me.it is waste of time.

An amendment to my review below: I just received a call from the director who asked me about the details of the situation and offered her sincere apology on behalf of the staff member for what happened, and offered help in providing services once again. Thank you.

Last year (I didn't use Google account then) when I just arrived to Canada as a newcomer I went to this place to get the services I needed to access the job market. As all newcomers we're very careful with sharing our private information especially SIN. I was told that I have to give it without knowing what kind of place this is. However, the lady there, instead of explaining to me and assuring me to make me feel comfortable, she replied when I asked what happens if I don't give my SIN, she said "our conversation ends here". That was very rude to me and I just left the place and never came back!

If you are an experienced worker looking for better prospects then i dont think you will gain much.

But for newcomers its an amazing source of information and support group, they have several courses and guiding consultants who really do care about how well you are able to manage in the brand new months of landing

One of the best employment agencies out there. But with growing number of new comers, I guess they need a bigger office as soon as possible.
