Just don’t go here to buy a car, and if you do nit pick everything (don’t be afraid to be annoying) and get everything you want done/fixed for the car in writing before finalizing any details. And don’t let someone you know take a look at it for you, go and look yourself too. Luckily my car is okay, did have an extremely negative experience confronting the dealer about a safety failing mechanical fault, and also was not informed about an aftermarket and damage bearing windshield, and known damage which I was told was “fixed” was done in the worst way possible where my body shop guy laughed at it. Hopefully they get better with their customer service and transparency because I tried to give the dealer benefit of doubt, but they don’t deserve it as of the moment. When I refused, they started abusing.

They provided wrong technical info, and told me the model has a very long waiting period for new, while it's actually avb on stock. Not at all honest in dealings.

After going through so many places amd test drives i ended up getting back here again for elantra 2012 with 124k mileage. Andrei is nice enough to assist me with everything i need but i know how much profits they make especially selling the used car in current state of market. I expected bit more discount as i paid whole amount in cash and besides that i was expecting they make sure the service is done during the safety check of the car. But it is not usually when we buy new car all the service is done with engine oil, transmission oil and all other fluids. Got the car after a week transmission oil warning. Im not winning about the issue i expected atleast those basic service getting done before handing over a car. I dont blame Andrei i just expect a head's up atleast about service is required for the car which should be from customer's pocket.

My dad bought a car from here a week ago and the man who sold it to us said it was in good condition and just after a week the car stopped working and even had the safety certificate. Be careful everyone who’s trying to buy here all they want to do is take your money and sell cars that don’t even work they tell you just the small problems when they are actually bigger. And when i called the man all he said was you bought it “ AS IS” that’s all he could say. Very Rude and inconsiderate. Never again am i coming here or should anyone buy from here. LIARS & SCAMMERS!

Bought a car from here, first argue with them because the car didn’t pass a safety, they insist it did. Lies! Once contacted omvic they fixed the light issue. After they fixed the light issue their mechanic burnt through the wiring connecting the engine to the transmission and the car computer is going nuts and doesn’t not work. It over heats and transmission is failing.ive taken it to a reputable Bmw mechanic to see what is the exact problem, the casing where holds the wires is cracked and the wires are not harnessed correctly and loose causing the entire computer on the car to. W on the fritz.
Now the repair is going to cost 2500$ only had this car for 32 days. Don’t purchase a vehicle from this place it will be the biggest mistake you ever invest in I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this dealership. SMH

Just pick up this Acura RL from Access Motors. They took my trade and offered me a fair deal towards the Acura. I dealt with Andrei and my experience was very satisfactory. He dealt with the entire transaction professionally. I did opt for the warrany and safety through the dealership. The car needs some minor cosmetic attention but all the minor flaws were pointed out to me. Thanks Andrei, I'm happy with my new (for me) ride.

I bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from Farid the owner. Before travelling two hours to Toronto to get it, the ad and Farid both said it was safetied. It was not. The car “looked” in great shape. I paid and drove it home just to notice a pick under the arm rest. I called my buddy whose a mechanic and he put a scanner on it in my driveway and a BUNCH of error codes popped up! My mechanic noticed that the trim under the cluster was popped out. Farid and crew had removed the check engine light! I called Farid and he swore he would pay to have the engine light fixed! Next day drove it to my mechanic and on the way the engine blew up! After many discussions with Farid, he promised to replace it and pay for my rental vehicle as I am a Mom of four! He paid half the rental not full! I drove two hours back to Toronto and made him sign a contract that he would replace the engine and pay for the switch. After 2 weeks of constant pressure he finally paid for and sent the engine to my mechanic. He sent me $550 and said he would send the rest once it was done. Well that was March 20/2020 and today is April 22/2020! My replacement ended up costing me $1875! I still have the contract and an open case with OMVIC, UCDA, BBB and I am going to take him to small claims and he can pay my lawyer fees as we have a written contract! Do not go to Access Motors! If you do you will likely see me outside of the shop holding up a copy of our contract and a sign saying how he ripped off a single Mom of 4! Oh and I recorded all of the interactions on the phone with Farid! All his promises that he hasn’t kept! He also knew he was being recorded and so it was okay! So don’t buy anything here unless you like having to take some low lives to small claims!

Horrible services! Avoid this place. A bunch of cheats, this place needs to be locked down. They work with mechanics to pass their cars but no inspection is done, at all. No parts replaced yet the owner keeps saying they get the parts free! AVOID ACCESS MOTORS! At all costs

The owner Farid is arrogant, money loving and he show it, doesn't car about customers at all. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I am still having issues with them and the owner keeps pulling off arrogant stunts

If i could rate a zero I would rate it Zero.management is so unprofessional, the car i bought failed its safety test just days after i had just bought it.decided to do my own and most parts needed replacement. AVOID THIS SELLER big time scammer

I Definitely suggest. They don't have fancy expensive cars, they are behind their sales even for older cars. I bought a 2012 Elantra in October and had all season tires on it but car was not good at snow on November I did not feel very safe with my family so I called Andrei my salesrep, he talked to manager, they gave me set of free winter tires with no charge, Im super happy (:

I bought a 2015 Altima base model very clean for only $6700. At the first I wanted to go for 2011 Accord but I found 15 Altima at access motors $1500 less than accord that I wanted to buy. My Altima has camera, easy Bluetooth and push start and factory remote starter, I love the car and I love it's gas millage. Check their prices, you won't find anywhere better.

We were looking for a second car and found one at this dealer. We met PJ and he took care of everything, including fixing some issues that occured during the buying process.
Great guy and very good seller too, patient, not pushy and honnest. If you want to buy a car at Access Motors, make sure you deal with PJ, no one else. He will certainly make you happy customer. He is a man with his own words and is very professional. So far the car we bought is running great.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. They fix the vehicles just enough to pass safety and as soon as you sign the papers it starts to fall apart. I paid 1000 for a warranty which the salesman pocketed! The warranty never existed! He just kept the money knowing that the car was going to break and i would have no warranty. I spent over 5000 in repairs before just getting rid of it because the entire vehicle (transmission, battery, ect) was garbage! They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign those papers. They are known for not giving bills of sale at the time of purchase either. Super shady! Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Watch out for amir he is the WORST. Im in the process of filing a legal complaint against this place.

This dealer.scam with everybode be careful. I buy car from this place a lot problem still certified car. They promised fixed for you and then when you call them. And other guy say sales person for you quick job. When i come to shop he still in there. Scam and terrible dealer

Amazing customer service (I was helped by PJ) but everyone who works there is super kind & knowledgeable about cars.

Accsess Motors also has an excellent selection of used vehicles ranging from avarage cars to luxury automobiles including sports cars and trucks.

Overall Access Motors inc is clearly the #1 used car dealership in Canada due to their selection and unreal customer service.

So my first experience access motors was horrible. I met a dishonest sales person and who didn’t disclose vital details about the car and made me sign a bill of sale.

Luckily for me when I went to pick up my deposit I met PJ! And he was amazing, he apologized on behave of his colleague, and made sure my experience was great. He gave me a good deal and follow-ups after was excellent. I am so far very pleased with my purchase through PJ.

So my advice is, when you get there ask for PJ. If it’s not PJ I will say thread with caution. And be very careful

Can't say enough good things about my experience buying a car here. PJ made it so easy. Even though I didn't have a large budget he treated me like I was buying a luxury automobile. PJ, the best salesman I’ve ever seen. I bought an Acura MDX with low KM at good price compared to other dealers. The service is great. PJ even filled up the gas tank for me, from his pocket. I can’t complain how good that was! I would recommend anyone should contact PJ, for your next car.

I bought a nissan altima 2014 from them for a good price.financing went well 1 day approval, when i picked up the car everthing was ok, they next day I noticed that the car is shaking on the highway, so I called them and they said to bring it in the next day, tires needed to be balanced and the shaking was gone.very happy that they fixed it so quickly.

Drove 4 hours to buy a car, it wasn't even ready. Never told me it was in a accident or repainted. Was supposed to come with two keys but i got a key for a different model. Wasted my time and lots of money. Though i got a good car but got a lemon that technically didn't pass safety. Never buy from here

Although dealing with used car dealerships carry enormous dangers but we ended up getting a good deal and Andrei was a big help. Just want to say that they should not throw the customers to those loan sharks.
