This Storage business is very user friendly. I have had storage with Access for many many years and have since been downsizing our house and decided to let things that we had held onto for years finally go!
Even though the staff at this facility has changed quite frequently over the years, I have alway had swift and friendly service from anyone who has been in the front office.

Would be 5 star, but recently, access changed to 5am - 11 pm. Used to be 24hrs.
I used them years ago for a year and now, works overwhelming, needed a material storage unit. Units are decent, Avg priced, and Staff are friendly and easy to talk to.

Professional friendly service, good facility, well located. Completely satisfied with the experience.

I have to say, I had a very pleasant experience at ACCESS this morning. Everything was well explained. Staff member I dealt was very pleasant and took me through the entire process, even taking me outside at the end to explain the entry/exit process again.

I stopped by to view storage lockers and found what was needed. No pressure sales and very friendly. Paperwork was very quick to complete and out the door in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Been there for over a year. Had no issues, no theft, very simple process. Everything is easier since there are no indoor tight halls like most modern storages. You drive straight in front of your storage.

Great facility to store stuff at a better price then anywhere else but horrible office organization. Online hours and physically posted hours contradict and neither of them seem to be correct. So much signage and yet so little correct information.

Very nice storage place, the staff is super friendly, The place is very clean. The manager take very good care of the customer and make sure we have everything we need. I definetly recommand!

Prices seems lower than any other places but it is paid by the week not by month. So at the end, it's the same as anywhere else. Other than that, the storage is super clean and easy access.

Access Storage has been fantastic from the moment I requested a quote to moving in of the items.especially considering how last minute my request was - less than three days notice!

They have it all:

Huge shout out to Pat at Vantage Drive who waited almost an hour & a half for me on Saturday of the Labour day long weekend, postponing other work he had needed to finish in order to accommodate my late arrival. Nonetheless, he happily made sure that I got everything I needed to easily move into the Youville Drive storage unit being rented and smiling the entire time (I wouldn't be smiling at my late ***!). Exceptional service here! Luana is one of the best my dad and I have worked with. She put in the time to make sure that we had everything sorted out with the storage units. Overall just amazing customer service over at this location. Would definitely come back here to do more business. Shout out to Luana and Bill for the hard work and dedication to make sure all their clients are satisfied.

I paid for 2 months but only used 1. I had no problem getting my refund. I highly recommend Access Storage in Orleans Ontario.

We have rented here before and always had a great experience. My only comment is with the process of signing the contract which was a bit clumsy. Also the rate was not included on the contract which i found strange.

The staff was very good to work with, the cost was reasonable for what you get. The only issue would be that there are no climate controlled storage on site, so I would not recommend storing anything that had fabric, such as couches, mattresses etc. They will get musty/moldy or could be subject to rodents.

Matt at Access Storage made the experience of renting storage easy and smooth. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and was so helpful to us. The units we rented were spotlessly clean and ready for us to move our furniture. I would heartily recommend this company.

Very disappointing customer service. I was supposed to move in this morning but nobody called last night to give me my access code. I went to the office which says online is supposed to open at 8, but no one is there. I waited until after 9 and still no one. I've been calling the 1800 number and no answer all morning.

UPDATE: I was contacted about the error and the company was generous in fixing everything.

I was inquiring about possible storage, Matt and his staff was incredibly helpful, understanding and went above and beyond for me. I didn't end up needing storage but if I ever do, this is the place I'd go. Highly recommend this company for all your storage and moving supplies needs.
