The staff at Access Storage on North Service Road E are courteous and efficient - particularly Rebecca (who was my primary communicator and helped set up the storage garage contract). She answers all your questions, gives you her time and attention and is super friendly and personable. My experience with Access was extremely concise and “organized” - easy to set things up, quality storage and convenient access - and when it came time to part ways because the service was no longer necessary - it was easy to tie things up. Excellent all round.

We have been a customer for a few years and during this time we have had no issues with either the location (Oakville) or our unit and the customer service has been amazing. We have recently downsized our unit and once again, the customer service was amazing. Took the time to walk us to the new unit to ensure it would meet our needs, very friendly and followed all the necessary COVID requirements. The paper work/transfer of unit was all managed on site and took about 20 mins, during which everything was explained (since things had changed since our 1st rental). Very happy with the service and ease of access to our unit at any time. Would highly recommend!

I'm very appreciative of Access Storage Oakville Manager, Rebecca Burnside's handling of my transfer from a smaller to larger storage unit. I was into a protracted discussion with her at a lower agreed rate, when there was a systemic computer generated hike, just as I decided to go for the larger unit. I was very disappointed and Rebecca then said that she would approach senior management, given that the larger unit was slightly smaller than my preferred size. She was successful in obtaining me a lower than original rate I would be paying. Thanks Rebecca for your sense of integrity and fairness. Appreciate your help.

Just wanted to write about this wonderful worker I got the pleasure of speaking with i believed she said her name was Cora. I am renting out of little John street location but some how I called her location and I was so frazzled and rather then just pawning me off she took the time to help me with my issues I was having and then gave me the proper contact information to help direct me to my own store who I was really trying to reach. Thank you Cora for all your help, I was originally calling to cancel my unit because I thought I found a better price but she walked me threw on how I was in fact getting a better deal threw you and helped me stay. I started renting a unit in late 2018 after I closed my business. The unit is small, around 5x5, just used to store documents.

Easy Access at Access Storage:) Located in a no traffic area so easy in and easy out. Closer to highways. Same level storage lockers makes it one of the easiest location in the area, I avoid stairs or elevators. Weekend saff Anita was super friendly, very informative and do helpful. Thank you.

I just reserved a locker at the Oakville location and delt with Mike. He was an absolute pleasure:) makes downsizing so much easier when you feel like someone cares about your stuff as much as you do.

Ridiculous customer service. I made a reservation over the phone and when I got there (on the same day) they didn't have the offer that I received for the email quote. They said that the first month is free but it wasn't.

Highly recommend Access Storage in Oakville. Before signing an agreement, I visited a couple of other storage units for comparison. Access in Oakille has the lowest price that I found, units are clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I usually don’t read or believe reviews but just based on my experience I had with Julie at Access storage was unbelievable. Her customer service was just amazing! She very knowledgeable and super friendly.

I did not end up renting at the oakville location because it was just too far for me but my wife and I rented at the John st location today. Coincidently, Julie was at John st today and my wife had mentioned how sweet Julie was. Even though she had a few people in office and was the only staff there, she made sure she greeted everyone who came in.

Though, the wait was bit longer than expected. Julie sense of humour and positive vibe made the wait worth it. I believe strongly people like Julie should be recognized for their effort and hard work!

I will recommend my family and friend to Access storage in Oakville and Mississauga location. The place is well maintained and secured and hopefully you will get to meet Julie and see what I am talking about.

Excellent customer service. The rep on the phone (Jennifer I) was thorough in finding me the best pricing for my area and my needs, on top of being professional and personable. The rep in person (Julietien L) was equally accommodating and professional, she took the time to explain the terms of service to me and answered my questions satisfactorily. When I forgot my Costco card there she was kind enough to call and pop it in the mail (at my request) for me. I have been thoroughly pleased by the customer service I have received and would recommend this company to friends and family based on this experience.

This place is excellent to deal especially Julie who was kind and very helpful getting the storage locker to fit my needs.
